***WARNING*** Do not go to this dress shop! I was scammed here!!! I ordered a designer dress for my daughter's Sweet 16 nine months before her event to make sure it arrived on time being that they supposedly take months to arrive. Two months before my event I messaged the owner and asked if it had arrived, since that is when they promised me it would be here, but it hadn't arrived yet. One month before my event, I contacted the owner and received no response from her after leaving various texts and phone calls. It wasn't until I decided to show up at the shop and ask for my dress. She said it would take 2 more weeks so I waited and 3 weeks before my daughter's event I go to pick up the designer dress I had ordered and it turns out to be the wrong color, poorly made, cheap material, wrong style and had no tags to prove that it was the designer dress I had paid for. I was scammed and could not take that dress as it was completely different from what I ordered. I now had 2 weeks until my event and had to find a dress for my daughter being that the owner lied and wanted to give me a fake dress that I definitely didn't order 9 months before. Hired her to find me a photographer for my daughters quinceañera. Paid $1,600 up front for video, picture frame, signature book, and photo album. Only received the picture frame and signature book from her and it's been over a year. Does not call back or reply and is difficult to find her at the business. Now I have to go through small claims court to have my issue resolved. Would not recommend at all.

We should have started with reading these reviews, the owner raved about her 5 star reviews. Although we were quoted less for the same dress plus adding a tail on the wedding dress for my mother in law elsewhere, went here because of the initial customer service. My husband made it clear to the sales person we needed the dress by a certain time and we wanted absolutely no surprises. The dress was NOT done at the time promised, excuses over excuses were made on reasons it was not completed. We went in the second date promised, by now we were on a time crunch and to our surprise dress was once again not finished. Alterations promised and beads we requested in gold not added to dress and tail wasn’t even started. We asked for our refund and this is where the owner came in to place. We paid half of the dress and we were told deposit was not refundable? How can you run a business this way? What was supposed to be a great experience turned into a frustrating situation. My husband was promised now a third date on completing the dress. My mother and law was not able to go in this 3rd time due to the distance of where she resides. Dress was paid for in full and delivered to my mother and law. My mother and law was traveling that same day dress was delivered, so no time to try the dress. We just got a called from her and to her surprise the alterations were done horribly, uneven hem, etc. just poorly done in a hurry. Luckily my mother and law knows about sewing, so she had to do her own alterations and fixed the poor job that was completed. To add to it the attachments on the tail were done, but no attachment to the dress to hook the tail, she also had to take care of that! Do not give this place your business. They are a headache. You will be left with empty promises. Read other reviews and the owner’s responses (all the same responses, but no change in how she runs her business).

I got married 8 months ago, I have been so busy and late on my review but I had to come back and give the owner credit because she did an Amazing job with my dress. From the moment I walked in to her shop to inquire on wedding dresses she was the only one to have interest in helping me all the other shops near her wouldn't bother to ask when I walked in to ask what I was looking for or have any interest in helping me, the owner was so busy with orders and she still took my wedding dress order even if I was last minute dress shopping a month before my wedding, she was open and honest with me I was on a budget and she still managed to work it out with me and make it possible I was head over heels with my dress I'm glad I landed at her shop, the owner truly loves what she does. I am definitely going back to her for future events and I 100% have recommended family and friends to her. The owner didn't care about becoming rich off of a dress, she cared about helping me have a beautiful dress on one of the most important dates of my life.God bless her!

We went to different quinceañera shops ..looking for a quinceañera dress for my daughters but I didn't feel comfortable in the other stores...when I walked in pixie's bridal shop I was greeted and treated in a professional matter by the owner,I felt so welcome. .I highly recommend this place they made everything for me and my daughter great experience in such important date.

Excellent Service, very satisfied with our selection. I purchased a dress for my 50th Wedding Celebration, the dress was beautiful and good quality I had lots of compliments, definitely I will go back to this Boutique to purchase more in the future. My husband rented a beautiful Suit that matched my Champagne color dress. Thank you Amelia for your good service!!

Please don’t go this store. The owner promised the alteration for free but when I picked up the dress she said she’s going to change extra for the part she promised to do it for free. I just realized that why so many people gave her only one star. She also threatened me to call the police because i called her a liar. I asked her to check the video to see what she promised but she refused. Horrible experience.

Pixie's Bridal is ther perfect place to come in for dresses! The store owner and her employees are more than accommodating and took the time to help me find my perfect dress from one of their catalogs and luckily they even had it in store so I was able to try it on as well. Other businesses nearby wouldn't let me try on the dresses but she did! I walked in looking for a dress and walked out more than happy! Thank you Pixie's Bridal for your great service and beautiful gowns.

I have been coming to Pixie's Bridal for a couple of years now and have gotten all of my nice dresses here and gotten them fitted to perfection. Also whenever I would want certain things added to my dresses like bows or flowers, they were always able to do it! The store owner Amelia has always been extremely helpful and accommodating. She's not only a great store owner and host but a great person to be coming to for great dresses!

They did an amazing job on our alterations, mine (mother of the bride), my daughters (bride) and some of the wedding party. I don't recall the ladies name who did all the work, but she was amazing.... so sweet and on point with everything, not to mention the prices were very reasonable. Thank you very much for all of your hard work, perfectionist for sure.

Came in for a bridesmaid dress, the boutique had plenty of options to choose from and had exactly what I envisioned. I want to thank the shop owner and her daughter for guiding me through the process they were very well organized , professional , and really made me feel confident about the beautiful dress I chose! Highly recommend coming in for any occasion!

It’s a great place.Has nice service,nice people that help.They give you the dress that you want.If you get a dress and you don’t like they fix it and do the design how you want.I recommend this place if you need it for your quince,sweet sixteen or wedding.
