11207 San Fernando Rd, San FernandoToday was my pup's first visit to Dr. Johnson to address a digestive issue which has stumped my usual vet for months.
On-site parking was plentiful. I was immediately impressed with the staff -- they took the time to ask a lot of questions about the reason for our visit and what had been going on with the dog. They really listened and offered a lot of valuable information before we even saw Dr. Johnson.
Dr Johnson took us exactly on time and was a breath of fresh air. She seemed incredibly knowledgeable, which have me a lot of confidence. Also, I never felt rushed. She took plenty of time to listen to the entire history and talk through what seems to be a very sensible and practical treatment plan.
These days, most vets (not to mention doctors) make you feel like just another number on their endless conveyor belt. That was definitely not my experience with Dr. Johnson and the staff. They listened carefully, made me feel heard and took the time to make sure I understood everything they said. In my opinion, that is a level of professionalism and care very rarely seen these days!

425 Park Ave, San FernandoThe beer quality is top tier. I do not live very close, but while traveling up California, this was a "let'stry it!" kind of place. So happy that this was a stop. The service was sincere, professional, and generous. Industrial setting, which most breweries are. Their small Keg experiments are gems like redrum and summer saison. Their flagships are a solid lineup. The red is layered and endearingly mouth filling. I bought beer to go and cannot wait to come back.

1431 Truman St., San FernandoI've been to Flor De Lima so many times and I always have a good experience. They have a great selection of juices, salads, yogurt, sandwiches.... They also have hot food items to order. The Hawaiian green juice is my favorite! I usually grab a salad & juice for lunch, the dressing is always tasty. The service is always awesome as well, I will definitely keep returning to support this local business.
