Dmitry, the owner is awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable. He's honest ,easy to work with, offers discount. He always comes through. Explains everything, he makes it easy to pass the test, to purchase a gun. He's always extra careful, which makes you feel protected. I'll definitely highly recommend and can't wait to get yet another one,rifle perhaps.

Couple of years ago I won a rifle at an out of state auction that did not have a CA compliant grip. Every gun shop I went to basically told me I was an idiot and there's nothing they can do for me. I was about to pay a huge restocking fee when someone suggested I try PDG. Dimitry went out of his way to contact the seller and convince them to remove the grip before shipping. He then ordered a compliant grip and assembled the rifle to CA standards when it arrived. Now that's what you call customer service! The place is tiny and not somewhere you go to browse around the shelves. But if you know what you want they can order it for you and at much better cost than the "fancy" stuck up gun shops.

I've been to a few FFLs but once I found PD Gun its the only one I use. Dimitri is friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Had to store 2 guns there for a restraining order. Told him to sell the since it was a 2 year order. He never did and when I went tot well the. Myself he tried to charge me more than the guns itself.
