I am so grateful for North Valley Collision! Gabriela was so helpful the whole time. She worked with insurance to provide me the most robust and well-rounded repairs she could for the damage on my car. The work was clean, quick and my car looked almost brand new after! The paint job was done very thoroughly and I am quite impressed with the end result—you can’t even tell there was any damage on the car in the first place. I will definitely be coming back to North Valley Collision for any bodywork my car will need and will be recommending it to my friends. Thank you, Gabriela, and your team for the fine job and the top quality customer service.

I have been a loyal customer and given north valley collision tens of thousand of dollars in work and multiple cars. I never had a single issue till recently. Gabby told she would cover my rental last my 30 days. She referred me to Hertz. She took my car and it sat for 20 days or so before the adjuster came out to inspect. Insurance covered my 30 days and I was given another invoice by Hertz. Again Gabby advised she would cover it for me since the car sat for so long (and she probably charged my insurance for storage). Hertz called me to advise my insurance rental for 30 days was up and I would need to come out of pocket. I advised Gabby and she kept giving me the runaround about she will handle it and the guy from Hertz will come and pick up the check from her. In the midst of all this she also had left on vacation and I couldn’t contact her. She is the only one who was aware of the situation.
When I turned in the car I owed $600+. She told me in text and in person she would handle the bill. It’s now almost a year later and I find out my account was never paid and sent to collections. I now need to rent a car and cannot. My credit score has plummeted. When I tried to speak to her she got crazy with me for no reason.
