Really enjoyed being a customer for Muffler king, the staff were insanely nice and guided me with the right information. I did not know what type of exhaust I wanted, but the staff gave me options and made me fall in love with the end result. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to modify their exhaust!

Went there with my 2021 ram and honestly very happy with the work they did, I got a magnaflow installed and it’s just what I wanted!! The work and the weld on my muffler was actually high quality and price was great, thank you Raul keep up the amazing work!!!

Great Muffler shop in San Fernando ! Reasonable prices and Quality is top notch , Raul was really helpful explaining what was better for my needs and I was Completely pleased with the results , the owner is pretty friendly , humble and a wise man .Would be bringing my friends and family to the shop 10/10

As I'm writing this I'm standing watching them work on my 2nd (and many more to come) car to get work done let me tell you, if your around the area it should be a NO BRAINER!! BUT IF YOUR WILLING TO DRIVE FOR GREAT WORK WITH FREATER PRICES THIS TGE SPOT. 1st time I came with my Silverado was looking for a specific sound and Not really knowing much I asked for a FlowMaster and when he listened to my expectations he allowed me to listen to the variety he had. Who Does That?!!! Most businesses give u exactly what u come in asking and not would of asked what I really wanted. He had me listen to DIFFERENT OPTIONS! I DROVE OUT WITH NO FLOWMASTER,CHERRY BOMB OR SOMETHING THATS NAME BRAND. HE SOLD ME A SMALLER part IN COMPARISON TO WHAT I WAS EXPECTING. DEFINITELY A PERSON WHO IS HONEST AND TAKES THE TIME TO ASK AND GO TO TYE EXTEND OF SHOWING OPTIONS REGARDLESS OF THE WORK IS A A+ TO KE!! THANK YOU BOSS MAN I APPRECIATE YOYR BUSINESS AND WILL DEFINITELY SEND ANYONE IN NEED OF HELP WITH EXHAUST ISSUES!!

I have a 1978 Chevy four-wheel-drive truck that needed a new exhaust system from the manifold back. Paul did an outstanding job on my exhaust system. Looks good and sounds good and the price was right. I would highly recommend them.

Two weeks ago I took my car in because my AC wasn't working. I had been driving my car around for almost two years with no AC, all because I thought it was going to be an arm and a leg to fix and also because I didn't know who to take my car to. It's hard finding an honest and reliable car shop/mechanic.It was my first time at Muffler King & Transmissions. The owner/mechanic POLL was awesome!!!! I can't even begin to explain how impressed I was with my experience. He checked my car and walked me through the potential issues he suspected my AC was having. He purposely wanted to show me what he was seeing so I can know and learn and not just take his word for it. The day my car was at shop, he called and kept me posted on any changes or updates. At the time of pick up, he reiterated what he did and why he did it. He did warn me that with AC is tricky, it can be a variety of things. But assured me that one way or another we would get to the bottom of it. All in all, I'm a very satisfied customer. He definitely gained my trust. His attention and communication through it all was EXCELLENT. I'm very pleased with his work. He even took time to follow up a couple days after to see how the AC was doing. I was scared to walk away feeling ripped off or taken advantage of for not knowing anything about my car. But with Poll I felt the complete opposite. And I'm truly grateful for that!!!

I brought my truck for an exhaust delete straight pipe. The work done on my truck was done properly in a timely manner and I had a modified pipe installed for a side exhaust exit. Truck sounds nice and aggressive now nothing too crazy it sounds just right when I accelerate..when I slow down or stop it's not like it's not there. Great way to avoid cops I highly respect the work these guys provide and highly recommend their work!

I can't speak more highly of this place and, in particular, Poll. I know nothing about cars, but only knew that my car was breaking down on my way to San Clemente and needed to take it somewhere. I had never been in this area and so I had no idea where to go. I'm so grateful I found this place. I've had many car troubles in the past and I find it hard to find a mechanic who is just straight up and wants me to know what I'm getting into with any repairs I need. Poll is so generous, and honest, and thorough. He had worked tirelessly to make sure my car got repaired as I had to fly back to the Bay Area for work and leave my car down there. My situation was immensely stressful because of my needing to leave my car so I could get back to work 300 miles away. I felt so taken care of and treated so well. Seriously, if you are in the San Fernando Valley and need the best possible advice and repair GO HERE, talk to Poll, and know that you will be in the best hands. Without a doubt the best auto shop I've been to. And I've been to many.

Had taken my car to get a muffler delete. Charged me a little 250$ but the work was horrendous. I had to take my car to another muffler shop because of how poor the welding was. They made their own "y-pipe" with so many different pipes and sizes to save money. I wish I had taken photos of the work that they did because it was by the far the worst welding I've seen. Some Mickey Mouse work by these guys. I don't recommend these guys whatsoever.
