Best customer service experience in the valley as far as autonomy shops. Morgan will take care of your every need. I literally didn't have to do anything after I had an accident. He took care of dealing with the insurance company and rental car for me. Prices are very reasonable and the work is too notch. I can't recommend highly enough. The only place I will ever use!

Morgan is definitely a star and knows his job from A to Z. He helped me with the insurance understanding and process very well. Save me tons of time from it. However, I think his team needs what I call, "Attention to details".I am not sure how the auto body repairs industry is in regards to details but I can mention 3 his crew missed.1. Missed details after repairs such as paint mismatch, even areas, or sanding areas,2. Missed to check the Inside and outside of the repair areas to make sure parts were placed as they originally were, and3. Cleanliness after work.They missed to check the vehicle after daylight to see if paint areas were needed or maybe polishing. This includes an uneven area where the bumper and the rear passenger piece connect, they missed to see the inside area of the vehicle to leave it a bit closer to how it was, and they missed to clean the vehicle on the inside. I spent about 2.5 hours cleaning all the dust and sticky materials they used to cover the area where buffing or painting was needed.I do recommend this place though because I am sure they will improve. I was 90% happy with the job done and I expected a 5 stars service especially for the amount of money the insurance paid but overall, still good service.

Had my car's front driver's side severely damaged from an accident, brought it into MP Auto Body last summer and they took such good care of it! Got it back driving in even better condition than before my accident! They took extra time in care to make sure everything was in the best condition it could be in which gave me so much reassurance in their work. I can definitely say they went above and beyond than what I could have asked for in the best way!!! The car is still in wonderful shape to this day! Thank you so much Morgan!

I had really bad body damage on my brand new Honda Civic. I brought it to MP Body and the service was great! Morgan was very knowledgeable and helpful. I got my car back and could not notice where the damage was. The work is flawless, I recommend anybody that needs any body or detail work for any vehicle. I will be bringing my truck in for some work on my bumper. I'm extremely satisfied, thank you so much! A grade work!

As far as body shops go, this is the place to go. Had a terrible experience with my insurance company,but Morgan turned that around and made the process super enjoyable. I will take all my future work to this shop.

Great experience at this body shop, would very highly recommend. Very professional and respectful, got into an accident and not only did they repair the damages but cleaned the interior as well as removed other scratches and blemishes

I had an encounter with an orange cone left behind in the middle of the freeway by a city employee, there was damage to the front of my Corolla and another body shop declined making the necessary repairs, claiming there were previous badly done repairs to the same area. Their estimate was in favor of my insurance. I ask them if they can recommend another body shop where I can take my car. They gave me Morgan's name and phone number. Morgan knew how to navigate, properly done with insurance system. There were 3 weeks of miscommunication among insurance, Morgan and me. However at the end Morgan successfully was able to collect all the information for my insurance to accept the estimate he presented. My car was ready in a week after insurance approval. Morgan, Tommy and crew did a wonderful job in my car, looks like new. I highly recommend this body shop. I will come back if I need to. Morgan and his crew knows what they are doing and came through at the end. Thank you

Have a project car that I had to use as a daily driver and MP auto was able to fix some much needed repairs on a classic 1970 chevy quickly with full transparency. Originally my wife reached out while I was deployed and they never down talked her and treated her professionally which for me won me over. Mr. Palos runs a great business and is a value to the people of the san fernando valley and automotive support industry. You will not find business more invested in customer satisfaction than MP auto.

Morgan and his team were fantastic! Usually finding a collision center that you can trust is probably the hardest task after an accident or a minor fender bender. The shop is very clean, meticulous and well taken care of. They did a great job fixing my car and explaining to me what got fixed/checked and also what their process was going to be during the inspection. Morgan was very patient when it comes to answering any questions you have. Love this place and trust them to get the job done!
