Had a pretty disrespectful experience here.
It starts off with me calling them over the phone asking if they're able to reprogram my TPMS sensors. I bought the car as-is with the light on the dash about 8 months ago. Previous owner stated he put new wheels and sensors and they just need to be programmed. Not a big deal to me but would prefer to have the light on my dash taken care of in case I sell it so there's no questions.
Anyways, the guy over the phone informed it'll be $25 total for all 4 sensors to be reprogrammed. I head over Friday afternoon. I believe it was the same guy I spoke to over the phone who initially spoke with me in person then said it'll be at least an hour wait. I said no worries, I'll come back another time. The next morning I get there 15 minutes after they open. The same guy said it'll be a couple hours wait this time. I decided to wait this time since I was in less of rush, so I told him no worries again and waited in my car. Within 20 or so minutes the guy came to my car with his TPMS scan tool and proceeded to scan all 4 of my wheels. He then told me they're all bad and said I need a new set at $75/each sensor. I respectfully told him thanks but I'll have to pass as I wasn't looking to spend $300+ on getting rid of a tpms light on the dash. He then proceeds to say in a rude, condescending manner: "This is why I didn't want to do it. I know your time is more valuable than my time (insinuating that I thought less of his time over mine). Now I just wasted my time checking these for you." I was in complete disbelief. Mind you, I showed no frustration and was completely respectful to him prior to that statement.
Buddy, if you're reading this, I didn't force you to do anything. If you truly didn't want to "waste" all of your whopping 2 minutes it took you to check my TPMS sensors then you could have simply said so from the very first phone call that you're not interested or you don't do this kind of work instead of truly wasting my time driving back and forth to your shop twice. If your expectation is for customers to just give in to your very first suggestion of new sensors at $75/each especially when they're under the impression it's going to be a $25 fix, and react rudely when they respectfully decline then maybe you shouldn't be in business? Or at the very least impose a "diagnosis fee" for this type of request and inform them of it (even though it's free at literally every other tire shop to inspect).
Here's the kicker, in the end the TPMS sensors I had were able to get reprogrammed without any issue... A mechanic friend of mine had access to a programmer and was able to do it.

Fast and friendly service even on a busy Saturday. You can't beat the prices too. I'd definitely come back here for other services. They have a waiting room but IN N OUT is walking distance so I just went there to eat and by the time I was done my car was ready. I had the transmission oil changed. Also, I like that they didn't try to sell me extra services. It's so annoying when I go to the dealership for an oil change and they try to sell me new spark plugs and tires.

I needed new tires for a ‘94 Miata. In the past at other places, I would have to wait a few days. Vic had the tires in his shop and did the job in one hour for a great price. Wonderful service!

I took my car for an alignment because I was referred by my usual mechanic. Vic was just as all the other reviews have said. He is honest and kind and efficient. Came for an alignment and received great service for an unbeatable price. The people here are very sincere and honest. I was so happy that I am coming in for all my auto repair and maintenance needs, since they do almost everything, not just tires. Will update with a follow up review in a few days for when I get more work done from them for my other car.
