Jorge helped us out and began to explain pricing with a new add a line which had a bundle with a case or screen protector BUT this it is NOT mandatory! My brother added himself to my account and he was bundled a $60 screen protector which was included in the price BUT Jorge never explained to him that it would be financed on our bill. There was discretion to the bundle and to begin with as a former employee of Tmobile/sprint all he should have paid was taxes and an activation fee because my account did not requiere a deposit!! Super terrible service if there would have been more clarity and honesty maybe we would've bought the screen protector ourselves instead of "including it". Selling dishonest is not the way Jorge. Won't come back to this location.

The employees weren't very helpful. I came in to change my screen protector and and they gave me absolutely every excuse to not do it. I've never had this much difficulty at any other T-Mobile, by the employee, his supervisor and then his manager. The guy changed the policy 2-3 times, and at one point started contradicting himself. Yikes.

Guillermo definitely gave me a great experience at this T-Mobile he we was very patient and friendly! He was great at multitasking while my phone was syncing he worked efficiently to assist three other customers as the store became busy. Definitely carried the team would love to come back for future assistance.

Waste of my time, I switch over from sprint to be a FULL Tmobile customer. Customer service was horrible second time around. First time Vanessa was quick and friendly and then second time came In because I was told to come in once the device was received. Chris was so unprofessional even drop my phone on counter after he seen me search up the review on the web. Then he wanted to be helpful but honestly was not helpful at all. So unfortunately I won't be coming in to this location less alone recommend this location one person messes it up for all with the "ehh whatever attitude" .

Worst experience ever at a T-Mobile store. Was promised phones after making an appointment for next day. Took parents back next day, thinking we would be getting new phones. Changed my account, parents signed up for new account from ATT before we were told they had sold out of the phones we were promised. I can understand selling the phone if we didn't show up for appointment, but we were there on time and then had to wait a half hour b/c the same guy made it clear to everyone else he had us ( do they work on commission?) Parents were disappointed and we were there for 2&1/2 hours only to leave without what was promised. Oh! And he tried to take my fathers phone for the trade-in, knowing that we wouldn't have a phone to replace that one! Hello?!? Just called b/c I got an email stating my phone was delivered and the same guy can't find it. If I didn't have to go back to find out what the hell is going on, I wouldn't. Please don't waste your time here.

We were helped with Joseph but he was trying to charge my dad's account 121.50. When we consulted with Joseph, he told my dad that adding two direct lines under his account would only cost $80.00 in total. Joseph did not explain thoroughly to us that T-Mobile would charge us for the promo nor that it would be credited back. This wasn't the major issue. We discovered he "forgot"to tell us that he unwarranted an $18 protection plan without our consent. As a matter of fact, Joseph didn't even ask us if we wanted a protection plan, he just fraudulently added it to my dad's account. We care about my dad's finances and having someone trying to ADD A PROTECTION PLAN WITHOUT OUR CONSENT is FRAUD!

The staff at T-mobile were fantastic!! In particular, Chris helped my family and I tremendously! I already had an account and transferred 2 family members to my account. Chris' people skills are on point. Also Jackie happily spent time answering my brother's questions on how to use the iPhone. Everyone helped without hesitation and happily. I highly recommend going to this T-Mobile location. We even got a fun bandana for our dog Polly. Even Polly jumped onto the T-mobile bandwagon.

I DO NOT! Recommend this store. So this is the second time we do business at this location. But yesterday's experience has been the worst we have ever had. - My wife was deceived, she was told if we bought an iPhone she would get one free. Checked the receipt afterwards and Nah! We were being charged for the second one - She was told we could get a free keys tracker device, Nah! Not true, they charged us for it. - We never asked for insurance on both devices, I just received a text from them, look at my picture attached. - My wife wanted to pay for all cash, the gentleman selling the phones didn't ask, he automatically assumed we were gonna finance. He never asked. I have a couple of questions, - How many people are being ripped off at this store daily? - Did the guy selling us the phone assumed we were not gonna do anything about it? - is he doing this for the commission? This is a sad story. Making the store and all their employees look bad. Scary how if you don't check your receipts or if you don't pay attention, you can get jacked for your money. We are going back today to see if the manager works out a deal with us. But I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE!!!
