“I rarely need to package and ship items, and if I do I'll usually go to USPS because it seems "easiest" and they're close by. I tried to ship something with them but their selection of boxes were so bad, and their customer service the same. I tried to go to UPS and FedEx also nearby but same issue so I honestly gave up for the day. I went to the plaza Mailbox Central was located in to grab pet food and noticed their store. I popped in to ask a few questions and Bryan was very kind and helpful. I went to grab my items from the car and came back and Bryan helped wrap and package my items to keep them safe and stable in transit. Kindness and helpfulness are priceless. Thank you. The girl helping me was named Kayla (?) and she was a doll. So helpful, patient and helped find the most affordable option to mail my package. “Words cannot describe how pleased my company and I are with the services provided here. I had to process a big order of items (50+), all with various sizes, weights, fragility, variety of addresses and more. I had called several companies in my area, and UPS let me know that it would take days if not two weeks to process all of this through them. I called independent shipping centers, and was quoted incredibly high prices, even including the smallest of item. Everything in the Los Angeles/DTLA area couldn't fulfill my requests, especially on such short notice. After browsing yelp for a while, reviewing all reviews, I decided on Burbank Shipping Center. It was honestly a far drive for me, and I had to make multiple trips throughout the week. But it was 100% worth it. A big shoutout to Anthony and Trent for their customer service. They walked me through everything I needed to know, while providing a plethora of options in areas of concern for me, and overall, they knew exactly what they're doing. All my items were well-packed and were beyond my expectations. They had to customize a good amount of boxes as my items were large and unusual in shape. In addition, there wasn't any room for doubt as their quick and efficient work ethic made me feel reassured. It was such an easy and pleasing process to have worked with them. “To the person with the one star rating Justin H. About the Postage being marketed up. I work at another Mailbox Store. Mailbox stores do have to mark up the price for postage. It cost us the same if not more with 3nd party software to buy postage and pay to print it out. Small business mailbox stores have to make money. We cant do that by giving you the postage at cost. Even it cost us even more in fees and time. If you go to the Post Office it will be a longer line you have to wait in.”

“Their customer service is great. The hours and flexibility of being able to pick up the mail is even better. But the only thing that might make me switch over is the 6 month minimum contract.... I found a place not much further away than this one from my house that does 3 months minimum and I'll probably be switching over unfortunately.
