“I rarely need to package and ship items, and if I do I'll usually go to USPS because it seems "easiest" and they're close by. I tried to ship something with them but their selection of boxes were so bad, and their customer service the same. I tried to go to UPS and FedEx also nearby but same issue so I honestly gave up for the day. I went to the plaza Mailbox Central was located in to grab pet food and noticed their store. I popped in to ask a few questions and Bryan was very kind and helpful. I went to grab my items from the car and came back and Bryan helped wrap and package my items to keep them safe and stable in transit. Kindness and helpfulness are priceless. Thank you. Will gladly do business here again.”

“There were two lovely ladies working the counter tonight who saved my butt. They remembered me from yesterday having an issue with package pickups that never arrived. I ran several blocks to get there today before closing but missed it by 15 minutes. But they remembered me from yesterday when I ran up to the locked door and let me in anyways to help me get my package. I am at the mercy of the bus for my commute so I wasn’t sure if I was ever going to get my package. Thank you so so much ??”

“This place is awesome! They are next door to the optometrist I go to and have been there forever. I had never been inside until today when I needed some help shipping something internationally. The girl helping me was named Kayla (?) and she was a doll. So helpful, patient and helped find the most affordable option to mail my package. I saved a ton of money this was one errand I had been putting off doing for several weeks. With her help it was taken care of in just about 15 minutes. I would definitely go back there again. “Maud and Vishal are not only hard workers, they are also AMAZING human beings! They will help you with literally anything you need from a PO Box, a live-scan, or general notary work and more! I highly recommend this place. I've been coming here for over 15 years and it's comforting knowing you're handling all of your business needs at a reputable business with people you can trust. Also, I recommended a family member of mine come here a few years ago for something he needed. He was going through a tough time emotionally and they have some small wallet sized cards with inspirational quotes and scriptures on them. He took one and still has it in his wallet. “Words cannot describe how pleased my company and I are with the services provided here. I had to process a big order of items (50+), all with various sizes, weights, fragility, variety of addresses and more. I had called several companies in my area, and UPS let me know that it would take days if not two weeks to process all of this through them. I called independent shipping centers, and was quoted incredibly high prices, even including the smallest of item. Everything in the Los Angeles/DTLA area couldn't fulfill my requests, especially on such short notice. After browsing yelp for a while, reviewing all reviews, I decided on Burbank Shipping Center. It was honestly a far drive for me, and I had to make multiple trips throughout the week. But it was 100% worth it. A big shoutout to Anthony and Trent for their customer service. They walked me through everything I needed to know, while providing a plethora of options in areas of concern for me, and overall, they knew exactly what they're doing. All my items were well-packed and were beyond my expectations. They had to customize a good amount of boxes as my items were large and unusual in shape. In addition, there wasn't any room for doubt as their quick and efficient work ethic made me feel reassured. It was such an easy and pleasing process to have worked with them. I feel confident in this business, and my company looks forward to the next time we need to ship something out. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend! :)”
“To the person with the one star rating Justin H. About the Postage being marketed up. I work at another Mailbox Store. Mailbox stores do have to mark up the price for postage. It cost us the same if not more with 3nd party software to buy postage and pay to print it out. Small business mailbox stores have to make money. We cant do that by giving you the postage at cost. Even it cost us even more in fees and time. If you go to the Post Office it will be a longer line you have to wait in.”
“This UPS location is great... UPS MAIN Customer Service Number requires too much work to speak to an individual store location... I needed to ship some packages last week and the employee here was helpful and quick... But trying to call before I drove over there was a pain in the azz”

Janel is such a wonderful person and she’s doing amazing at running her company. Whenever I go inside she’s always speaking to her customers and I tend to stay to converse as well it’s a strong sense of community. She’s professional and she connects with her customers. “Their customer service is great. The hours and flexibility of being able to pick up the mail is even better. But the only thing that might make me switch over is the 6 month minimum contract.... I found a place not much further away than this one from my house that does 3 months minimum and I'll probably be switching over unfortunately. But I do applaud these guys for being hard workers and for their customer service that's for sure.”
