They fixed my watch there yesterday and it was quick and the price was reasonable .-I haven’t used my watch in a few years, now, it got a new life and I’m currently wearing it to work. At first, the guy looked at the third hand which fell off and it appears bent ( he said it might need to get fixed and might have an additional small extra charge ) but after looking at it thoroughly, he said, it doesn’t need to and will fix it asap. I was satisfied with the service and the outcome. I wouldn’t mind going back there again.

Seriously, friends, this is the worst jewelry store you can go to. I took a chain to repair and they told me at 3:00 pm, I arrived at 3:30 and they told me that it was not ready, that in 1 more hour I will come and tell the man then Give me back my money, the man came and told me that I didn't have Cash and I told him that that wasn't my problem, he wanted to give me a check and I told him no, I gave him Cash and Cash wanted him, the man came all angry and wanted me to I waited an hour for my money, I had to call the police and then if they returned my money via Zelle, I seriously do not recommend that you set foot in this place, better go somewhere else, don't waste your time with bad service.

Came in to fix a silver ring that had 1 of the stones fall out. I usually go to the jeweler next door where they charge me like $20 to fix a ring. Went to this place. 1st red flag is they're working out of a Beauty Salon/ Nail Spa. The older guy that's the owner said he'd fix it for $40 and have it ready Friday.I showed up Friday afternoon and he was nowhere to be found. His son was there and seemed clueless and couldn't find my ring and his Dad wouldn't answer the phone. Annoying. Left him my number and said he'd call me back about the ring. He never called. I pulled up after work and same thing his Dad was MIA and my ring still unfinished. Apparently he just welded the tiny silver prong that was originally bent, NOT BROKEN. His son said his Dad will finish it by morning the next day (Saturday). Went to pick up almost 24 hrs later. His Dad still MIA and my ring still not ready. Asked me to wait until his Dad got there. Annoyed I asked for my ring back and he called his Dad and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience after the 3rd time I came by to pick up. Instead he decided to be petty and told his son to cut off the prong he supposedly welded on before giving it back to me. Again, ring was bent a little not broken. That little drop of silver couldn't have been more than $5. Petty. Tom petty. Well for future reference I am never going back to them and will continue going to the lady next door. She is honest and keeps her word and would never do something so disrespectful as these guys did to my wife and I today. They really wanted $40 just to fix a tiny prong made of silver when you can go to the San Fernando Swap Meet and get literal gold welded on your jewelry for like $15. Sad. I hope Karma comes back and bites you guys for being petty instead of making sure the customers happy and for being so unprofessional. That's why you guys are stuck working out of a beauty salon and not your own building losers.

If I can put zero negative I would. My wife ask Roberto Diaz to spot weld a bracelet he took said it's gonna take several hours. Charges $25 . Instead of weld he pinch the loop with pliers. I went along with my wife to ask why not weld as we agreed ? he got mad and said he wouldn't do it now he had stuff to do! And had no time. We left disappointed . People watch out for this unprofessional
