Let me start off by saying I have never done a yelp review. The reason I am writing this is because I refuse to let someone else go through this. Nelly and her husband took over 4 months to give me any of my pictures and when she finally did after me begging for them she didn't give me what was promised. I'm devastated and truthfully I don't know how this place is still in business. So unprofessional. Disappointed is an understatement.

This woman was Quite rude! She didn't know that I was fluent in Spanish and heard the insults flying out of her mouth about me. I played it off and waited 15 mins for her to assist me. She then had another customer ask me what I wanted. Not the normal, "How can I help you?" Response. I was over it by this time, and asked for a price on a dress, she told me $5000.00! I asked if that was to pay someone to get rid of the smell? She no like. I left, won't be back! I think she lives there! Possibly laundering...

Do not come here. Has been 7 months and have not received photos and videos , they constantly make excuses every time we call. Terrible and unprofessional

Worst place ever !!!!!! It's been more than 5 years and I'm still waiting for our wedding video !!!! Same with my brother . I let so much of their bs slide just because she was a friend but I realize they are just taking advantage of their clients ! At this point I just asked for a refund since I know their is no longer a video of our wedding because they are having technical difficulties with the usb .Even to get a refund they make excuses . all of us that got scammed should get together and make a small claim against them so they don't do this to anyone else on their special day .

ZERO STARS!!!!!!!! My daughter's 15 was two years ago and up to this day we have not received our photo album. I'VE HAD IT WITH THIS PLACE AND WITH THE OWNER, ANNA! I've been hearing excuse after excuse . And after reading some of these reviews, they tell the same LIES to all their clients. For two years their excuse for not having our pictures done is that they have issues with their computer. There have been times that she has scheduled an appointment to give us the things we paid for, but when we show up they are always closed, she won't answer our calls nor our messages. I've let her know that I do not live near by, I drive more than 2 hours for these "appointments". It is very UNPROFESSIONAL!! I'm tired of this constant back and forth and we haven't gotten anywhere. I'm surprised that no one has sued this business but I am DEFINITELY planning to do so!

Who calls at 1:20 in the morning on a Wednesday to get a tuxedo back?! Jessica's Bridal! The worst service and attitude! They go in to take measurements for the tux and don't have what they need and they expect the customer to go to the store and buy measuring tape. And when we get the suits most of them don't fit! So unprofessional!

Initially, my wife came to Jessica's Bridal as she has for nearly two decades for custom dresses (e.g., baptism, first communion, wedding). Each time, Jessica's Bridal delivered as promised.Unfortunately, the one and only time my wife hired Jessica’s Bridal to do any event coordination, happened back in 2018. And let’s just say this, it’ll be the last time Jessica's Bridal will be hired for dresses or services.For a hefty $5K, Jessica's Bridal was hired to perform event coordination, table setup and ensure the event went as planned.First off, the owner showed up 30-minutes prior to the event, leaving the setup of the centerpieces to the family.Secondly, the photos and digital video paid for nearly two years ago still haven't been received to date. Yep, 2 YEARS later! It’s all been paid for, had to be prior to the event.It's not for lack of effort on the part of my wife either. She’s sent text after text, but the owner of Jessica's Bridal keeps coming up with excuses as to why she hasn't delivered on what we already paid for.Her last excuse is somehow tied to the port of LA holding the CDs/DVDs needed to complete the video.It’s surprising how Jessica's Bridal is still in business because you can’t depend on the owner to deliver on what she’s promised. If you're smart, choose someone else to coordinate your event. I’d hate for you to run around at the last minute, making sure your event goes as YOU planned.
