IMPORTANT: Please note this location does NOT speak English so be prepared with a translator on your phone, it's also CASH ONLY, please be prepared as there's no ATM on site. I rolled in on a spare with a punctured tire in the back - they were extremely friendly, super quick, very affordable!!! Back on the road in no time at all, thank you so much for excellent service!

My guy here took care of my wife's 2010 Lexus. Got a Low Tire pressure light and I couldn't fill up the tires at a gas station, it wasn't taking the air. Came here to Hernandez Tires and he checked out the valve and filled it up, FREE! You don't find these places anymore nowadays. Thank you!

My experience was arriving at Just Tires to get my tire fixed. I was told they were busy. I said can I come back tomorrow when you open? She says yes, that would be better for you. I arrive 8 am. She remembers me. Then to be told do I have appointment. I am confused. If I needed appointment why didn't she tell me. I wouldn't recommend this Just Tires. Bad communication.

I called 11/07/2023, I was put on hold was told be right with you (yeah right) I waited 30 minutes. I hung up and called back immediately same person answered told me again I was to be put on hold,when I informed him I been on for 30 minutes, he said well we're busy in the showroom and hung up. Had not bought tires already, I would not recommend or step foot in this location !

Customer service is non existent at this location, save your time and take your business elsewhere. Took my car for 2 flats ($1400) set of tires I purchased at this same location. Waited for two hours to tell me they were having trouble not breaking one of the sensors, left and waited another hour before they got it taken care of and I had to return to pick up. Spent an entire morning here, for a flat. Good luck

Went to take my car to get brakes done. It was a hassle. There unorganized. Dropped off at 9am didn't pick up till 4pm and they gave me run around so they didn't work on my car.

I had a nail in my tire and just needed a patch up. I tried to go in there one day and a man was at the front desk in the phone, he did not acknowledge me at all, I sat there for 10 minutes and still nothing... so I left. And I'm not sure why i went back, but I really needed my tire fixed. The next day I go in and there's 4 men at the desk. They quickly assist me and proceed to take my keys and took about 1 HOUR to fix it.... ONE HOUR... I've gotten my tire patched many times before, nothing that should take more than 30 minutes. I straight regret going back in there. Don't recommend

At At the beginning I thought it was just one more place and when they attend you they give you a solution to what you are looking for regarding tires, fair prices on new and used tires. The best thing is that they attend with patience and make you calm because of their experience in tires... space is small but they are fast in their services. According to those who help you with your needs, they are open from 8am to 6pm. I think they work holidays.

-We had traveled to the area for Memorial Weekend and experienced extreme shaking about 1/2 way into our 5 hour drive. Before heading back north, we reached out to Just Tires w/out an appointment and little hope on Memorial Day Monday. -Diana at the front desk was amazing: very thorough, professional and helpful. She did not try to upsell us and guaranteed we'd be be back on the road heading north by 11:30 am, and we were. -Thank you Diana and the technicians at Just Tires! Would give 10 stars if possible!
