Went here today looking for a 8044 standard size window. I was skeptical because of some of the reviews regarding customer service but boy I was wrong. They had a 8040 in stock and an employees stopped over to ask f I needed any help or had any questions. He told me any windows not in stock can be ordered and they provide a free estimate upfront. The gentleman upfront was very courteous and helpful. He gave me a quote and double checked everything before putting in an order. Will be coming here again. Customer service was top notch and the prices were fair.

Man ghost town on top of that at the customer service desk is aweful. Girls just hanging out gossiping. You ask a question and they don't know nothing about anything. Not going back

I just came from HD Supply and had a very awful experience from Giselle the manager. I bought grass turf and it was mislabeled and they wouldn't honor the wrong advertised price. So whoever is buying this grass will think they are paying the $179 but actually paying $229. That's one way to rip off customers. The title on the grass and the price advertised matches but when scanned it's going for the premium price!! What a ripoff!!

Would not recommend this store to anyone unless you like broken items.We have received multiple broken items.One item in particular had a part that came broken. We took it back and they gave us the one part that was broken but not in a box. I told them the item would likely break if it isn't given in a box. They said well you can buy this $30 blanket if that's an issue otherwise we could return it and exchange the piece.We take the piece and it had many chips all over it. AGAIN.This is just one item like this. Other items already came with damage as well and it's a nightmare to return certain things and they don't seem to have quality control.

Where do I Begin?!
1- the indoor lumberyard is supposed to save time for contractors as you can drive up and load it yourself, but there are layers inspections before a contractor can leave the indoor lumber yard. Also there is no check out register at the indoor lumber yard so the customers must park their loaded trucks in the holding area walk to the main warehouse and stand in line and pay for the lumber material, then the walk back to the truck, and then have to go through another inspection at the exit of the lumberyard limbo! This process defeats the purpose!
2- The lumber is stored outside, exposed to elements, so the standard 2 x 4 x 10’ could carry 50% moisture content and weigh 4 times!
Lumber could be wet and heavy during winter and or dry and bendy in summer time!
3- This is my experience that the majority of products sold by contractors' warehouses are imported and somewhat substandard, or of lower quality in comparison to other suppliers. It seems like the products are fabricated to just meet absolute minimums..
4- to my experience, the employees, and especially the Managers are amongst the most irresponsible in the industry. It’s bad with the managers. It almost seems like employees and managers are forced to work!
5- return policy is a very Gray area at this store. The return policy changes and varies Depending on the employee and/or the manager. I try to navigate my way in and out of this store with minimum friction with the staff. Regardless of the store policy, The Same item could be returnable with some managers, and the same item is not returnable with a different manager.
I witnessed managers making excuses out of her hat to avoid a return!
In general, the fractional savings not worth the brain damage!
Other neighborly suppliers like Lowe's or Home Depot offer, better quality materials, In a reasonably cleaner environment, with a better return policy.

Ok so I went there and I don't know about certain companies, but this place lets their employees make TikToks there on company time? There are two I've seen that have done it, I'm a daily there but for Derek, and I believe it's Alija to make TikTok's and push away a customer that was asking questions is not professional. I know management plays favoritism since I've seen it first hand. They give bigger discounts to their high spending shoppers while the people who spend less they give attitude to. I know they act different in front of Ramon. But that's not how you run a business.

After going through Yelp and FB messages with Contractor Warehouse Rep. I was able to return 2 bifold doors. The customer service on the internet was great and I hope they improve their customers service and make the return policy more friendly at the stores.I had to go through a couple loops and trips to return the doors but I'm happy and I'll continue to do business here.Thanks to the internet support of Contractors Warehouse.

Horrible service! Manager Jacky instead of being the professional one she fights with customers, If your having a bad day or don't like your job just quit or call out, Don't make others day go badThe cashiers are barely moving. My time is my money. I lose too much time and money here.
