I never leave reviews. But…Goodyear ruined my tires & then said they can no longer work on my cars. I was a customer for 22 years. My mom was a customer for 30+ years. Gone are the days of Ralph’s ownership - who had customer service, integrity, was respectful, honest, and responsible. Edwin is the complete opposite: zero customer service, no integrity, disrespectful, dishonest, and irresponsible. New owners ruined this place. Go somewhere else.

I always go there for my oil changes or whatever other service is needed. Edwin and his team are quick, efficient, and most importantly friendly and cooperative. If there are any other issues with the vehicle, they are good at letting you know ahead of time as to prepare for next service. They are honest people who make sure you aren’t spending more than you need. They will show and explain your issue in way where it’s easy to understand. My parents are also long time customers, and Edwin and his team has always done a good job with all our vehicles. Great customer service and great vehicle service!

‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️Today I took my aunt to get her car battery replaced. She has a 5 year warranty as d the clerk wouldn't give her a new battery. He said it's was her alternator that needed to be replaced and that was causing her battery to die. Not true all lies. Her dad was a customer for 40 ➕️ years. This is not the way you treat a loyal customer. There all young kids now. This place is not the same anymore. Please be aware. Do not do any business here. So sad that employees don't value there customers anymore. They only want to do you rip you off. Very disappointed!!!!!

One year ago, I had the following work done at the service center. A new starter, rebuilt alternator and new battery (5 yr. warranty).Yesterday, I had my new mechanic replace the alternator approx. one year to the date. The mechanic mentioned the battery was low and needed to be replaced. I then returned to Good Year and spoke with the manager about replacing the battery. He asked why? I shared the information and requested the battery be replaced. The manager instructed another employee to take care of it, and it should be done in 30 min. Within, 30 min. I was asked to go out to the bay where my car and another mechanic were standing holding a monitor over the open hood. He proceeded to tell me that the battery wasn't holding a charge it was a bad alternator and to get my money back and he would replace the alternator. I was astonished by his request as he was having me look at this monitor, he insisted I look at it to see these numbers changing. The battery was not holding a charge because it needed to be replaced, as I requested. Well, I asked so you won't be replacing the battery as I had asked? It appeared their only interest was who was the mechanic, and left me standing there with my key in hand and without another word he walked away. I stood there looking around amazed at what had just happened.I do not believe that I misunderstood what their intent was. I know that I paid for a new battery with a 5 year warranty and upon my request to replace the battery it was not honored. If it were their policy to engage in the manner that they did it should have been stated upon my request to replace the battery, but it was not.My family has been a customer for over 50 years.

Took my vehicle there to get fixed they said it would take them 3 days to fix the issue they had my car for 3 weeks and wouldn’t call me back when I got my vehicle they left the old parts on the seat, oil and grease everywhere. Must have left my windows down as well my car was filled with cat hair and pee.

These guys are honest and efficient. They do good work. I had gone to Frontier Toyota, Valencia for 160.00 Diagnostic. That was a farce. Told me a bunch of crap was wrong, needed in excess of 5,000.00 $ of work and were just trying to talk me into a new car..plus they could not or would not tell me the cause of P 1349 code I took it for diagnosis. RIP OFF .. Goodyear resolved the issues I had taken it to Frontier to get diagnosed for about 400.00 . A far cry from 5,000.00.. Smog shop said when the car passed her emissions test that she was in good condition. The car is 21 years old, but I intend to keep her. Thanks to Goodyear.. Hooray!

The work "Integrity" seems to be the foundational, underlying principle by which this business operates. Honesty rates the highest with me when it comes to a business - especially an automotive service or mechanic. This place comes highly recommended by others I know, and I am now of the same opinion. I trust them! Their rates may not be the "cheapest", but they are fair & friendly; which rates the highest with me. ( "cheap" and "trust" don't always go together. Again, this business "Integrity..." rate tops with me on honesty & good service.)

I originally came to know Integrity Tires by delivering parts to them and now we are friends. They have worked on several of my cars over the years : '10 Civic, Equinox, '17 Accord, Rav4 and the service is always top notch. They have nice waiting room with coffee, vending machine, and places to sit and watch TV. I recommend showing up early, as it's first come first serve.

So these folks provide a mediocre service with mediocre to cheap parts. They treat their customers as dispensable, and frankly as if we owe them something. They represent the quintessential stereotypical caricature of a mechanic. You know nothing, I am Lord of combustion. I am no mechanic nor do I play one on television. My superpower is the ability to read, automotive repair manuals, blogs on auto repair, and the holy grail Popular Mechanics / Popular Science. They did not meet their own deadlines, the did not notify me of receipt of vehicle (it was towed in), they did not call to update on delays, their customer service is something you would expect from a low class unprofessional garage. I was referred by a family member which by the time I left I knew what the shop owner thought of him and his wife, so did the other customers. One star for the Keurig, and one for putting my car back together so I could leave.
