My dog is a client of this place and it is not the first time I have taken him. My husband called to make an appointment to have him cut and bathed and they left him well shorn and they only cut the ends of his hair and when I called to ask me They left me hanging on the phone for more than 25 minutes waiting for people who think they have many clients, they will never miss when I speak to ask questions, they just shielded me and they charged me $170 dls, something so exaggerated for a bath and hair reduction, ridiculous unscrupulous people who does not have the education to treat customers, I am disgusted with this place and I hope I never set foot in this type of business again ???

Hello all pet owners. We have been going to this place for quite some time now. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Wendy and Lisi are always a pleasure to speak and work with. We are always called immediately when there is anything worth mentioning when it comes to our 2 pooches. Our doggies always come home smelling good and looking even better.

Recently have been taking both my dogs to Glamour Pooch and I will continue to go due to their great customer service and they always leave my dogs so clean and perfect. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. I recommend bringing your fur babies here!

We took our 12 year old Snowball to get a much needed grooming. He had been left a bit traumatized from his last experience at the last groomer but the folks at Glamour Pooch took great care of him and left him looking 10 years younger! The prices are reasonable and the staff there are so nice and professional and Snowball left there strutting his new do. Will definitely be back for future grooming and will recommend Glamour Pooch to anyone that asks for recommendations on groomers.

I had an appointment but apparently that didn't matter, when I dropped of my dog I asked how long I was told 2 1/2-3 hours. I called after 3 hours and 15 minutes, they didn't start working on my dog until this call. At which point they asked for 45 minutes, I said yes because I wanted to be forgiving but after the 45 minutes they asked for 15 more. This is so unprofessional they had my dog caged for 3 hours and rushed to do his hair in an hour they were still working on him when I arrived. They did offer a coupon for a tooth cleaning for the next visit which isn't enough to make up for it. I'm afraid they're just gonna cage my dog for hours again and over book an appointment time without sufficient staff. What is the purpose of an appointment if they aren't going to honor it.

I loved it because of the attention and also because it is the first place where they really clean my dog's teeth, also, the place is very clean and organized, they were also busy, and they still accepted me without making an appointment and they still had people Someone will quickly stop taking care of my dog. They left me Charlie like a prince!!! It's the first time they've left my Charlie like a Prince!!!! Thank you very much ??

Been coming to this groomers for a couple of years now & never had any issues taking my dogs. But the last 2 times I've taken my dogs I've had issues, they must of hire new people because I have never seen them. They don't cut my dogs hair right, they shaved my dog but don't cut his hair on his ears or tail because my dog is being "bad" he's never been bad ever taking him to cut his hair here until these new people started working here & plus he's a Maltese a very small dog. Never going back to this place again, now I have to find a new groomers.
