Better Customer Service at the DMV...I pulled in for a 2:30pm appointment, waited 15 minutes for someone to approach the vehicle, which they did not. I was instructed to wait in the car when I pulled in which is why I waited so long. I went inside to inquire and one of the service advisors was looking at his phone, glanced up at me, looked back at his phone and said, I'm sure y our advisor will be with you soon. I waited another 5 minutes at my car then went back inside and shared with ALEN MASIHI SERVICE MANAGER what had happened. Same feeling you get when you're at the DMV. They could care less whether you stay or go. So disappointing. In the past I've had good experience with Honda as a brand. Unbelievable.

I went last Friday (11/24/23) to get a car. And I met Beverly. She was friendly, and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I found the right car for me. The process was smooth and easy. And I never felt pressured to make a decision. Highly recommend her!

I had an awesome trade experience. I worked along Josue Guillen back in November 2020 and this year from August to September. I was trading and I knew what I wanted and color. He knew I was set on what I wanted and never once pressured to look at any other model or colors. The model wasn't in and gave me options to get dibs on what I wanted. He kept me in the loop with status on the car and when it arrived. I highly recommend him to others and he's also was my brothers sales rep when he went in as well.

My car was brought in 2weeks ago for rodent damage and a broken blower / noise coming from ac $7100 later, I picked it up today and they hadn't even touched the ac or checked it? I drove one block to find out the noises was still there. I am now missing my birthday lunch waiting for what they say will now take just "20 minutes" to fix. I had the same thing happen to my last Honda and new century Honda charged half this amount and actually fixed the car. I'm so livid I will now never even buy a Honda again after 12 years of leasing them.

This place used to be outstanding My experience was horrible... Do not buy a car here... Maybe they will learn that the customer should be considered more!

I brought my car in for maintenance a few weeks ago. My tire light was on, So I asked them To please check That out for me. They advised me that I had a nail in my tire and it couldn't be patched, that it would cost me $190 for a new tire. I told them that I would take it is as is. The girl that was assisting me didn't seem to pleased and her attitude became a bit snotty. right after I left, I took it to the tire shop. No nail found...on any of my tires! They put air in my tires and the light hasn't came on since. Can't trust this place.

Ricardo C. was wonderful at keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle at every step of the way. The service office needs to work on being more attentive with clients. I was standing in the office for five minutes after receiving the completion text message with two advisors staring at me and no communication until a third advisor showed up and she offered to help. She completed the service paperwork with me and got me on my way. I will not get my car washed after service again since the car was not completely dried upon receipt. The technician also left sunscreen residue on the door panel and center console which was extremely noticeable on the black interior. I would have appreciated a little more attention to detail.Waiting area is cozy and the complimentary coffee from the Coffee Bean bar is the perfect wake up call. I will be returning for service as I have a maintenance package with Galpin Honda but I will be more attentive to the interior and exterior of my vehicle.

This review is specifically focused on the service center. I used to go to Woodland Hills Honda for my 2017 Honda Civic, but I switched to this location in Mission Hills after I moved because it was more convenient. I've been here several times for maintenance, but my recent experience has made me reconsider. My car was identified by Honda as having AC component recalls, and since my AC was acting up (uneven cooling), I brought it in for a check-up. They found that the condenser was leaking, which is likely related to the recall, but shockingly, they also said the compressor and evaporator were leaking too. While the warranty covered the condenser, they quoted an exorbitant $4,400 to replace the other parts. Adding to the frustration, they charged me $420 just to diagnose the issue, even though diagnosing it was part of the warranty process.I declined the expensive repairs, paid for the diagnosis and one of my routine maintenance services, and left. To my dismay, not only was the AC still not properly fixed, but now it's not working at all, especially inconvenient during the ongoing heatwave. I used to have some cool air, but now I have none.Over the weekend, I sought other opinions and got quotes from different places. Notably, all the quotes were significantly lower than what this service center had asked for. It's evident that I won't be returning here for any future services. What bothers me is that I've been a loyal customer here, thinking I was getting comprehensive inspections, yet suddenly I'm facing multiple unexpected AC problems. It raises questions about what I've been paying for all this time. And if you need another reason to avoid this place, last year my vehicle's splash guard came loose and was scraping on bumps. I couldn't go back to the dealership then due to a holiday, so I went to an independent shop. They found out that the dealership hadn't properly secured the splash shield after an oil change, causing the issue. The independent shop fixed it correctly, and I've had no problems since. I overlooked that incident and continued giving my business to this service center, but now I deeply regret that decision.Update on 8/16/23:I followed up with the service director Allen to express my concerns. While he was kind, he offered a $100 discount on the $420 diagnostic fee, which I accepted to try to get something back from this experience. However, he was only able to offer an additional discount of a little over $600 on the $4,400 repair quote, which is still far higher than other shops. He apologized for the miscommunication around the diagnostic charge, equating it to the freon used, even though I have no cooling whatsoever now because the freon I paid for was completely drained. I understand charging for labor, but feel I shouldn't have paid that much for diagnostics if they missed major issues during prior inspections. After consulting with other Honda dealerships, it appears the markup on repairs at this particular location is high compared to others. For AC repairs specifically, it seems best to avoid the dealership route altogether. I appreciate him taking the time to discuss my experience, but unfortunately this has not changed my view that I can no longer trust or recommend this service center. I will be taking my business elsewhere where I feel costs are more reasonable and issues are thoroughly diagnosed. It's also worth noting that their customer relations director Neda isn't the best at communication. I sent three emails over three days and only received a response when I called. She acknowledged receiving my emails but was still looking into it. For someone in customer relations, it's unprofessional not to at least acknowledge emails, even with a brief note, or to turn on an out of office response if unavailable.Further Update on 8/23/23:After more research and getting a second free AC diagnostic, it turns out my evaporator was NOT leaking as Honda had claimed. It appears they were trying to scam me into paying for an unne

I have to say Honda really helps out their buyers but there is one specific person that really went out of his way to take car of my husband and I. He was at the dealer on his day off and stayed until 9 almost 10 pm to make sure we were taken care of and got us the car we wanted with the payment we wanted, Abraham Rivera. I have to say it was the best experience we have ever had. Because of him we stayed and got our brand new car.

They're inconsiderate and truthfully I'm really, really glad the deal fell through. Pure bait and switch. Be aware. I was shopping for a new car, and of course the car I was interested in shows 'call for msrp'. I end up going in and they tell me that although the car was a specific price, they charge a minimum of $3400 for market value, on top of optional items. Fine; whatever, I guess it is what it is. I fill out a form to run credit so I can purchase the car. It was Sunday night; they call for with an approval/loan offer the next morning. I make an appointment for Thursday due to timing. On Thursday, they call in the morning asking me if I can come in sooner because a different sales man has someone interested in the car that I had already committed to. So I shuffle my schedule and come in 3-ish hours early. While I'm there, finance manager is nowhere to be found for a good 15 minutes so it stalls the purchase contract signing. He is found, we start the process and while I'm waiting on the paperwork, the 'other guy' there for my car is at the register paying the down payment. So I lose the car to the other salesman. The most embarrassing experience I have ever been put into by a business. Mortified, the only thing I can do is get the keys back to my car and leave. I cried on the way home. Thank god though; I received a better offer on a different brand new car, than what they were going to give me and I ended up saving $200 a month in payment and 3% lower interest rate. How a dealership thinks that this is professional though, is astounding. How they can sell a car with no remorse, that is pending a purchase agreement, is not somewhere I want to do business with. Anyway, it was the dealer who and not my salesman which is why I don't mention his name in this. Again, be careful when you go. Good luck in car hunting.

My car broke down not to long ago. And I was in need of a new one, something reliable and stress free. I have only bought used cars from a private seller because I was always skeptical about dealerships. But the time was coming for me to get a new car. Luckily I got paired with a great and friendly salesman Eulices Sierra, not only did I feel satisfied but I truly felt that he cared about my financial situation and my concerns about the transition. He broke down step by step on how to go about a new car how to manage my monthly payments and overall made it stress free. Upon finalizing the deal I got to speak with Mathew Mcaster-EL for my finances. He gave me options and let me take my time. His way of explaining all the paper work made my experience one to remember. I will definitely suggest them to my friends and family. And I will be coming back in the near future. 11151 Laurel Canyon Blvd, Mission Hills CA 91340 Salesmen Consultant Eulices Sierra - Email :

I came to the dealership looking to get the new 2023 HRV EX-L and I ended up trading in my old 2020 HRV and Angel Arias really worked with my budget, helped me get the best deal, and was super friendly, kept the conversation going and interesting, and offered us drinks. If you come to Galpin Honda Mission Hills make sure to ask for Angel.

I have been shopping around for a new car that is reliable, fast, and affordable. After tons or research I came across the new Honda Civic Sport Hatchback and fell in love with the design. I called GALPIN Honda to do a test drive. T Nguyen was super professional and welcoming! He answered all my questions and made my car buying experience super easy and efficient. Highly recommend!!!!
