They are useless in every way,lie to people and really only want people to purchase an as soon as you lieve,they dont want to ever see you again. I was treated with attitude and very unprofessional. I send plenty of email they don't reply when they do it's in all caps letters. I bought my dining table set it cracked within a month of purchase. Now they don't want to take responsibility. Bad manufacture quality not worth spending your money won't last you at all. For people that would like a decent product do not come here and save you're selfs the hassles. I have to give them 1 star I would definitely give them none. Do not come to this furniture store. Do not make any contact with Bertha, Manuel and Victor they are so rude and unprofessional.

They are thieves, they sold me a chest of drawers that was supposedly on sale. Mrs. Mary Carmen said that in 199 and it was going to be 225, 3 payments of 75, no interest, and when I received the bill, it said that I had to pay 369.18, 6 payments of 61.53 and according to Now I say it's for the delivery, it's 75 dollars hahaha, the truth is that thieves are going too far, they tell you one thing and in the end with another pressure, rat sellers, I said 3, I pay 75, well, just to get credit with it, I grab it and they leave me with it. simple chest of drawers almost at 400 hahaha what a trashy person

I would never return to this place, very poor quality and dangerous furniture, my son cut himself with a very poor quality cushion, terrible place to shop and the people who serve leave a lot to be desired.

So my Spanish isn't great, I just don't use it as much. So I prefer English. The Spanish culture tends to shame you for not knowing it or choosing not to speak it. That's exactly what you will find here, if you are Hispanic. Most older folk don't understand that maybe 2nd or 3rd generation Hispanics are here in the States. With that being said Spanish isn't always taught... But she was rude older lady nonetheless and made fun of me. I bought a couch that same day from a more respectful shop a few blocks away.

They promise some furniture for specific date and on the date i was given 2more weeks to pick up my furniture and a lemme excuse i had paid for my items full price on the spot and still they didn't delivered i had to go get my money back. But i received it on my card 3 days later on my cc .

The treatment was friendly...affordable prices...good offers...good quality furniture...
I found what I was going for from the beginning...my goal was accomplished...
I didn't give the 5 stars for the reason...that in my opinion the closing of the sale was very hasty...
I don't blame them at all, because they manage store hours; and therefore I imagined they stick to their rule...maybe we almost arrived close to closing time...
My delivery is pending, I hope it is to my liking...like many of the furniture they have on display...

This place this so unprofessional they gave furniture to someone without my permission and my signature on contract! They never let me know about the purchase until they sent me a letter saying they were going to take legal actions against me because of the balance due. Don't shop here for your things!!

Went there to look for a couch and table. The sales woman gives us a price, to which I negotiated. When she realized I had the money to pay it in full, she said they no longer offer free delivery. She had just mentioned that 15 minutes prior. Shame shame. Trying to play a playa. You lost your sale dummies.
