This agency has taken over from my previous agent who retired. I needed their assistance with resolving a title issue for the insurance company and May was so helpful and patient with handling everything (and with me!). Transitions like these can often be challenging but both Alex and May made the process easy for me.

Alex Nunez has been my agent for over five years. Both him and his team are outstanding. Insurance isn’t what any of us want to deal with so they do it for us. Whether it was making sure my teen drivers were covered (and not) when they were coming back and forth in and out of state for college (saving us a ton of money by suspending coverage when they were not driving) or just paying our bills, this team handles it all. I never have to call them. They call me, take my information over the phone, and make sure all of our needs are met. When I had an accident, not only were they compassionate, they were professional. I have switched all the insurance I can over to this group not just for the rates (which were lower than the competition and why I originally went with them) but because of the outstanding service they provide. I don’t write a lot of reviews but when people are that good at what they do, they deserve some recognition for their work. This group is truly exceptional and should be an example to all customer service organizations. Whatever they are doing works and I congratulate their dedication to a job well done.

This Agent never answer to his clients and they cancel my insurance without sending me any email or phone call. I was with no insurance for 10 days until I get into their web-side. After that I have been calling them to see what happened and they give me only excuses. I will never recommend this agentfor car insurance.

Alex Nunez, and his staff @ Farmers Insurance have been great to work withThey came in and got me quick insurance when I needed it. They helped me deal with my previous Insurance Co.and with Farmers Ins. I was able to get better Insurance and MORE coverage AND my payments are much lower! I will definitely use Farmers Insurance again.

I have been with farmer’s insurance for several years and for the most part have had positive experiences until the past year I try making appointments leave messages and have actually been told that someone will get back to me to this day no one has gotten back to me,,,,, I will look for another insurance agency where they will appreciate my business.

After a horrific incident at a different agency, I was desperate to switch to a more reliable Farmers Insurance office. I called the office a while back, and Alexis, a super friendly auto agent, helped me do the most effortless transition. Alexis walked me through all the steps, made sure I could save more on discounts, and provided exceptional customer service! Susie, the life agent, was terrific and extremely patient! I had acquired life insurance quotes for the family, and she made the whole process a piece of cake! She was very knowledgeable about what she was doing and answered all of our questions in areas we were confused. Rene, the customer service representative, left me in shock. I had never experienced this best top-notch guest service at an insurance office before. I called in asking a couple questions, and he told me to rest assured he would call me the next morning for an update. That very next morning, he was ready with all the answers I asked for and even walked me through filling out some paperwork Farmers requested. He did not end that phone call until he made sure I was satisfied with the service provided. Alexis, Wendy, and Rene went above and beyond, ensuring I was happy and feeling I was in good hands. This office truly values its customers, and would no doubt recommend this agency to friends! Thank you for all you do! Alex get these staff a raise, they earned it !

I'm a little late on this review (about 3 months) life has been hectic but couldn't pass up writing about my experience. Wendy was AMAZING to work with. She went above and beyond my expectations. I was with my pevious insurance company for 17 years (left on good terms, not issues or complaints) but for me customer service SPEAKS VOLUMES and that's exact what was provided. Great, prompt and excellent service.
