I went to epic nails for the first time because I was looking for a new nail salon. My friend gets her nails done here.So I figured let me try them out. When I got there I got there. This place didn't look very clean. The lady that did my pedicure.
Was very judgmental and argumentative. I asked to round out my toilet nails because the corner of my nails jabbed into my shoes and made my toenails dark. The lady said, "Everybody wants their nails square.And you want them round" ,. So
I walked out with square toenails. And an infection on my toe. And at the end I felt so uncomfortable because I didn't know that I couldn't put my tip on my credit card and she asked me if I had cell and was very upset that I didn't have enough cash I Only had enough to tip one of the girls. N one night when I gave the pedicure lady The tip she raised her voice and said "what about the other lady?" I told her,"Worry about herself!. You got your tip!!"I walked out very embarrassed with all eyes on me... came back to give the tip to the other girl. When I came back in, they saw me and hollard out in their language to the other girl, basically saying that I had returned.I could tell that they were talking about me when I had left... I do not recommend this place, and I will never go back again.

This review goes for Leslie. She is the best at Epic! She is very detailed with her work, she’s sweet and she does exactly what you ask for. A couple of my nails had lifted for some weird reason and she fixed them all with a smile on her face. I will only go to her from now on. It’s so hard to find a good manicurist. I mean, look how cute my nails came out!

Chairs very uncomfortable for a pedicure. Almost uncomfortable enough to walk out. The pedicure water can only be lukewarm. Cold honestly…she told me she couldn’t cut my ingrown toenail Becuase they didn’t do that….. at a nail spa… very interesting. We will never be back. Recently moved into town.

I went in to get a basic pedicure. The lady was doing everything so fast that I wasn’t able to enjoy it. I had a cut on my foot that I pointed out so she would be gentle around it. She put some type of lotion and it burned so bad!!! Then, when the bill came she charged me an extra $5 for callus remover! I told her I didn’t ask for any additional remover; especially since it already came with the basic pedicure. She kept saying “been a long time since you got pedicure” in response. I had no choice but to pay since I kept saying No I didn’t ask for it; with no response. I just called to try and speak to the Manager and the lady who answered just kept saying “well, you didn’t say anything while you were here (which I did)And then said “she had to go; she was very busy” and hung up! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN!Service: Pedicure

It’s only when I go to certain ppl at this shop my nails last longer idk why. But got my nails done here last week and 3 have already fallen off. Im light on my hands as well ! I usually pay $60 for one color and medium long length acrylics. But this time they charged me $90. I told the lady I usually pay $60 every time I haven’t changed anything and she said it’s because my nails were long but I get them that length every time and it’s the same price everytime. So ya not coming here anymore. Mind you I come from Riverside .

Never again will I go back I paid $240 for myself and my girls to get a Medi Pedi regular polish and I got a shot full set that popped off in two days with no design I use to really like them but not anymore
