El Bandero Butcher is an excellent source of high-quality meat products. I just visited this butcher store and was pleasantly surprised by their assortment of fresh and locally produced meats. The staff was knowledgeable and polite, and they were able to make excellent recommendations for meat cuts to use in my dishes. The pricing were cheap as well, and the service was timely. El Bandero Butcher is highly recommended to everyone in the neighborhood looking for high-quality meat products.

Friendly staff and their chorizo are delicious. I usually ask them to mix the regular and picoso because the picoso alone is spicy. Small business great people. Can't go wrong.

my husbands family has been shopping here for decades. the owner is the son of the orig owner. they knew my father in law well and still remember him. we shop there when we are in town for good cuts from a locally owned business. so worth it when you can watch him cut your meat and he is so knowledgeable.p.s. his salsas are great. he carries other goods you probably needand the other little secret.... BUY HIS SOUR CREAM!!! He gets it from Mexico directly. there's nothing like it. it's thick, it's tangy. oh man!!

It was my first visit to El Bandolero, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the fresh Mexican-style cut meat that they offer. As someone who enjoys thinly sliced meats, I was overjoyed to discover a restaurant that cuts their meats so well.The menu includes a variety of meats such as beef, pork, chicken, and lamb. I chose the thinly sliced beef, which was cooked to perfection. The meat was tender and juicy, with a wonderful flavor balance. I was also impressed by the variety of sauces and sides available, and I enjoyed experimenting with a few different combinations. A reasonable price for fresh meat.My time at El Bandolero was fantastic. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend them for high-quality, thinly sliced meats. I will undoubtedly return.

My family and I have been customers to this meat shop for a very long time. We are second generation of customers and the meat has maintained quality throughout the years. The new team overseeing the place still kept that recipe for the carne asada (preparada) flavor among other prepared meats. They are family friendly and genuinely care about their costumers. Also the new team did upgrade the business by giving it a new look. Did you know you can place your order by phone too? With the COVID mandates going back and forth I recommend you wear a mask inside the installations as the meat shop is small and may be under the mandates for wearing a mask. Other than that the staff is helpful and the shop is well maintained. Will be coming to this shop as long as family still lives in the city for generations to come.
