Today was my pup's first visit to Dr. Johnson to address a digestive issue which has stumped my usual vet for months.
On-site parking was plentiful. I was immediately impressed with the staff -- they took the time to ask a lot of questions about the reason for our visit and what had been going on with the dog. They really listened and offered a lot of valuable information before we even saw Dr. Johnson.
Dr Johnson took us exactly on time and was a breath of fresh air. She seemed incredibly knowledgeable, which have me a lot of confidence. Also, I never felt rushed. She took plenty of time to listen to the entire history and talk through what seems to be a very sensible and practical treatment plan.
These days, most vets (not to mention doctors) make you feel like just another number on their endless conveyor belt. That was definitely not my experience with Dr. Johnson and the staff. They listened carefully, made me feel heard and took the time to make sure I understood everything they said. In my opinion, that is a level of professionalism and care very rarely seen these days!

Called this morning, lady answered and told her my situation and said come in after lunch and we can see you .. try be here by 2 so ull be the first because thats how we work with walk-ins. Long story short i told the lady the one of my dog had a ear infection and nails cut yhe other one just nails cut. So i arrived in parking lot at 145 walk-in at 2pm and for them to tell me at 225pm they can only see one of my dogs and its going to be like a hour wait .. Lack of communication

I brought my 15 year old Yorkie in and they took such wonderful care of her. She needed a procedure done and because of her age it becomes risky but they took excellent care of her. The staff is very friendly and you can tell they care about your pets just as much as you do!

I don't understand the bad reviews. I am a first time pet owner and this was the first time my puppy got injured. I was at a Banfield location getting charged $841 for an exam and X-rays. When I called Dill Vet they immediately quoted me for both at more than half the price, she explained everything to me well on the phone and was very helpful. I drove back home to the valley as a walk in and was seen in about 30 mins. You're greeted by their clinic golden retriever, check in was super easy. Being in the room was a must for me since I was very worried about my puppy Dr was very helpful and educated us on what is happening with our pup potential risks and treatments, she had us referred out to a surgeon and prescribed medication as well. Definitely my go to vet now, great service and reasonable prices!

I have been going to Dill since my pug was born. The breeder took the puppy's there for their well visit. I decided it would be best to keep them as my Veterinarian.
2 weeks ago my pug was sick . I paid nearly $500.00 I had no problem with this. Yesterday I took my pug to get her shots.
The owner was there and made me feel more than inferior. I have always paid with a check, since I have been going there. Never had a problem.
Yesterday the owner was so rude to me, treated me terribly. Said I only take checks for my good customers.
I was appalled. I have been going there since my puppy was born now a little over 2 years.
What the heck am I, chopped liver ?
My checks have always been good, never a problem.
She said ,next time bring cash.
I'm completely devastated. I guess I need to find a new Veterinarian. I love the doctor there. So sad ?

I come to this vet more often then I'd like. Today I was told (as they were charging my card) that there will now be a "card fee" when paying by credit card. The charge, I've assessed, is 3.52% of your bill. My charge was less than a dollar ($0.88), but if you have a $250 bill you're going to be charged an EXTRA $8.80 making your bill $258.80. I find this ridiculous! I expressed my dismay and was told that they had been paying the merchant fees and now they're just going to charge the customer. So bring CASH! As for me, it might be time to find a new vet.

My go-to vet!
Always so kind and helpful. Won’t force you into buying any treatments you don’t need.

i called and was put on hold for 40 minutes and they were very rude over the phone. i had a concern about my dogs shots and they tell me they are expired despite the fact that i've gone three times to the vet the past month and they never expressed any concern of them being over due. but were very quick to take my money when it came to other procedures.
