this pharmacy is the worse, the people working there seriously are careless lazy staff, my doctor send my prescription and it said out of stock they don't bother calling the doctor to notify them of it i had to call the doctor so my doc again calls them and they suddenly have it in stock the same day when i go to pick it up the pharmacist tells me it's not covered by my health insurance i said how is that if i got it last month and he looks at me and says i don't know i said what do you mean you don't know i told him i really need it i can't breathe with out this medication and he tells me i can give you a card for a discount i said u obviously not listening to me, and i left i call my doc the next day and again she calls them and they where running my prescription for erectile dysfunction even after i told him clearly i need it to breathe and im a female not a male, they clearly don't give a damn and they don't even bother in paying attention and doing there job correctly. worthless people working there !

Poor customer service. Multiple visits, the staff either couldn't help, didn't care, or they're understaffed. There are plenty of other CVS to go to.

The front register and main store staff are amazing and super friendly but I would completely avoid the pharmacy. They are completely unprofessional, incompetent, and hostile. There’s a guy in a 6 piece suit back there, not sure what that’s about, and everyone else just looks angry. I’ve never been helped correctly back there and I’m normally very patient and not a complainer but I’m hoping this helps someone and you visit a different location for pharmacy.

Transferred from the Burbank location. 5 employees doing nothing and sat 3rd in line for over 15 minutes before being told computers are down. Tried calling to see if they are working and the only option is to leave a voicemail. Left a voicemail when filling this prescription 3 days ago and never received a call back. You can no longer annot speak to a human. Corporations at their best. Last time I use CVS for anything

After dealing with this store since it opened I am finally fed up with this store. They are constantly misinterpreting Dr's prescriptions, trying to shortchange me on diabetic supplies, charge for items that are covered 100% by insurance, terrible pharmacy hours, some pharmacy staff that has no concept of customer service, short on staff, rude, long wait lines, etc. etc. etc. After 2 months since my last review they have got to be the worst of the worst, can't talk to a pharmacist, diabetic supplies are never in in stock. They totally SUCK

I like store only in the morning not IN the evening because there not enough workers when that's the busy but the good thing is that they have self check and that's a plus because then you wouldn't be waiting in line so just a long time

Very bad experience with the ATMs, they don't serve you, they run away like someone is going to rob them or something, I go shopping and a lady called Luz is always angry Mr. Henry they are also annoying, if they are tired and bored and They don't help, look for another job where you can just sit there, even though you don't do anything there because it's very dirty and messy.

Pharmacy has some nice folks, but also has some of the rudest customer service people I’ve ever interacted with. Do better. Some folks are really struggling and to be straight rude and annoyed with a sick mother and her two toddlers is cruel.

There is a supervisor named John at this store that has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. He needs some serious training on how to speak to customer.
