The line moved quicker than I thought it would be. I came in here again for one particular item I saw the other day. It's a remote control $12.99 batteries included Ford Mustang 2015 in blue since my co worker has that car in real life. I thought I'd surprise him with one unexpectedly for fun.They had it still and it appears to be the only one in stock and I'm so happy.I already wrapped it so I guess you'll just have to imagine it for yourself. I do wish it had a stripe down the front to the back like his does in real life but it's the thought that counts.Not sure when I'll return to this location since I bought 3 deodorants and body wash yesterday and a random gift today. Store appeared to be empty in most isles but plenty of people buying stuff.

Horrible customer service! I've came here multiple times to pick up packages at ups access point and I've had the absolute worst times waiting 20+ minutes for them to be so unorganized and not being able to locate my packages. The 2 females that work there need to be way more organized. That was ridiculous!

Wasn't feeling well, needed some medication got here @7am. Waited 20min and they still weren't open. If your business hours are listen as open @7am then you should be open at that time .

Things r so over priced and they have one employee in the entire store working on the register being rude to customers with her rude attitude I don't know what stick she has up her a** but it is not nice and when she isn't alone she'll have an employee next to her chitchatting literally instead of working on the other register to have two lines and when I was Checking out I was telling her I would be paying apart but it said she was charging me 43 on my card so I told her and she was like no no so I didn't argue with her and this lady comes up asking her if there is another employee that can help her get something out because of the stuff they keep locked up and she looked at her and said you see everyone they were all here before you so get in line could the employee have used her manners mostly definitely she could've been way nicer like genuinely your here to work right so be respectful and shut up and take my money

Do not come to this low class store! I got followed around the store, by your store employees. They acted like I was going to shoplift. . All of the acted like they wanted to make a name for themselves, by trying to catch a shoplifter. Hahaha okayyyy honey your employer doesnt care about you; please pray for them its obvious they are trying sooooo hard to become a manager at CVS. Becoming a manager at Cvs will the HIGHLIGHT OF THEIR LIFETIME. KUDOS TO YOU. At the cash register I purchased (spent) about $100.00 in items; I had about 5 heavy bags in the shopping cart. The cashier Felipe clearly saw that I would not be able to carry all of the items to my car. I exited the store and ALL Of the employees "ran" behind me; they ran about 10 steps and they were out of breath. I couldnt understand what they were trying to tell me, because they were exhausted after "running" those couple of steps. Jasmin(employee) sprinted behind me; she smiled at me as if she had one the marathon, bya landslide. All of the other employees caught up to her; it was about 6 of them. They ran and yelled at me saying I couldnt take the shopping cart. ****__They ran behind the shopping cart I took like if it was an ice cream truck or a cheeseburger.**** I told them I would return it after I unload everything in my car; I advise them I couldnt carry everything by myself. Jasmin(the worker) told me she could give me another shopping cart I could take to my car; she **STOLE**_ a shopping cart from the store next door Big Lots. ****So the employees at CVS Follow their customers around and treat us like thieves BECAUSE THEY HAVE A GUILTY CONSCIENCE!!! THE CVS EMPLOYEES STEAL THE BIG LOTS CARTS ON A DAILY BASIS***** I feared for my safety when they all ran after me; they chased me and yelled at me for exiting the store with a shopping cart. There are no signs stating the cart must remain in the store. I WAS ALSO VERRYYY SCARED BECAUSE THEY DID NOT ENFORCE SOCIAL DISTANCING. CHECK OUT MY GOOGLE, YELP, AND BBB REVIEWS ON THIS STORE! THIS STORE DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE BASIC ITEMS IN STOCK! OH YEAH AND THEY NEVER EVER TELL ME HOW MANY CVS POINTS I HAVE . HERE IS A TIP ON HOW TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK OR GET COMPENSATED FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THEY CAUSE!!! FILL OUT THE CUSTOMER SURVEY ON THE RECEIPT AND TELL THEM YOU WILL REPORT THEM TO THE BBB. MAKE SURE YOU COMPLETE THAT SURVEY THE SAME DAY BECAUSE IT EXPIRES. XOXOX WINK WINK

I stopped by to get a balloon. This location is super clean and convenient. They have plenty of parking. I was helped by John and he has outstanding customer service. The store is super clean and organized. I highly recommend it

During COVID-19 do not go pick up your medications in the drive-thru of this pharmacy, unless there is no one ahead of you. You will wait 30 minutes or more per COVID test ahead of you. Even though at other test sites it's less than 10 minutes (the whole process of getting tested). Also, if you are testing at this site be prepared to touch the box that everyone else has touched to deposit your own test. Total contamination moment. I did not get out in an attempt to avoid exposing my 1 year old son. The tech, ADRIANA, said I should've gotten out of my car because it would have been faster. I do not think ADRIANA has experience in trying to keep a baby safe. She was not empathetic or professional at all. She definitely needs training in customer service. If she wasn't having a good day she should not have gone to work to an environment that consists of caring for patients or people in general. Also, I highly doubt her supervisor is on vacation as she claimed. I understand people that work in pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, etc are crucial to this pandemic. However, it does not give people like ADRINA the right to be rude and act in such a manner. It's obvious that this is not a place where she should be providing any sort of services. I hope she has a better day tomorrow.

This store is fairly new but I love it. I come here a lot because it's close by and the staff are sooooo welcoming. It's a smaller store so their limited to what they have to offer but none the less have all the essentials

Greatest Pharmacy in the San Fernando Valley so happy to see that it is in the city of San Fernando. The people inside CVS are so kind considerate whenever you ask them they're quick to respond. They have chips and sodas and candies and makeup toys film.

Honestly this was such a disappointment I go weekly to this Cvs. Thanks to Elisa Michelle and Vanessa That will change. I didn't know that people go to cvs to be ridiculed by there employees. I got laughed at for trying to make a exchange without receipt. All I said was online it is okay to get a refund if approved by a manager. Yet when I said that I get laughed at as in I am stupid. Really. I was going to just say okay but Elisa decided that she had to give me attitude! Instead of talking to me like a human being. This made both my mom and me feel so upset. My mom got really mad when she over heard these girls laughing up a storm. Given they weren't even talking to each other when we walked in. Once we walk away they are laughing up a storm. Like it's really irritating to have employees laugh at you. And deny it. Hope the manager does something about this. I even took down names and the time this is not supposed to happen to customer ever
