“This place is awesome! Customer Service is available, although busy at times and you have to wait, they do have it. Delivery is available the same day if you order early early like 6am -10am, depending how busy they are that day. Next day delivery is a for sure if you get in there late. Thank you Arroyo!”

“I had ordered broken concrete for my project and Josh was super helpful.On delivery day, he sent out Joel who brought all the pallets on the big truck then masterfully operated his forklift to drop the pallets off right next to the work site. Because he was careful and thoughtful, he made sure that he did not run over any of the hard-to-see sprinklers. I could not be more pleased with the friendliness and professionalism - thank you Central Valley Builders!!”
“5/9/23 I so appreciate my visit at Superior Moulding because they are old school...greet you when you arrive with a, "How can I help you?" I showed Gio the baseboard sample where he knew the code number and that is was a special order item available the next day. Before I could follow up the next day Superior called me saying it was ready. From the front door to everyone's eye contact with a hello and smile, to their knowledgeable service, to their incredible products and showroom, to the friendly Will Call who cut my wood this is an example of how to run an excellent business where customers enjoy giving their money to. “I've been coming to Central Valley Builders Supply since 1994 when I was rebuilding my house after it fell in the Northridge Earthquake. I've been here to get re-bar, sand and gravel, wood, stepping stones, concrete bags, mortar, and tools. It's always been a good experience with easy parking and friendly employees. Located on Sepulveda near Oxnard it's easy to find. Josh has been very helpful and quite nice to my wife and I. He should be running this place in my opinion. You order and pay at the desk inside and then wait outside the door for someone to get your paperwork. Soon your materials are brought right to your Car or Truck. Prices are reasonable and competitive. It can be busy early in the day but lightens up before noon”

I ended up buying a flex hard hat . Those ain't cheap but worth the money. He gave me lots of options and also got a neck sun protective gear. “This review is for Lisa B. and Carter. 5 stars, 100% because.Lisa B. in the flooring section, was amazing.!!!!! She spent so much time with us, we had many questions regarding artificial turf. Now to Carter, assistant manager.when we first walked in the store my experience was not good.My husband and I went to the flooring department to look at the artificial turf. There were three employees talking, and not one acknowledged us after five minutes, I then said excuse me, may I speak to the manager one of the female says I'm an assistant manager, I said oh we've been standing here and no one helped us, she said oh I didn't see you there. Well, of course you did and your back was to us. To me she had an attitude so I asked for a store manager and she left and the store manager never came. I saw this gentleman who turned out to be an assistant manager, Carter, he helped us with a a lot of questions. He was amazing. He then turned us over to Lisa B to continue to help us because he had to attend another customer. Bravo to Home Depot for hiring two great people that have awesome customer skills. Home Depot.
