I had initially driven up from San Diego County in search of a flower girl dress, but fate had other plans. As soon as I laid my eyes on Teresa's wedding dress designs, I was captivated. Don't let yourself be scammed by this lady. She doesn't keep the promises she makes and hides behind the contract you sign to steal the money you leave as a deposit. When she has people's money in her hands, she doesn't mind continuing. being friendly or listening to your customers. Beware of this supposedly professional lady. The dresses she has in her store are more expensive than the designer dresses. For a short and simple dress, she charged me 1000 dollars and I left a deposit of 500 that she does not want to return to me even though she has made mistakes in the making of the dress. Teresa, the owner of this business, was very kind the first time I entered the store, she listened to me and promised me that she could make me a custom dress to my liking. I had two fittings where both times I told him that the sleeves were tight, short and that the shape of the neckline was not what we had hoped for, both times he told me that he was going to fix it and he would call me in a few days to measure my size. finished dress, on this visit I asked her if she would give me the dress dry cleaned and ironed and she said yes. I couldn't stay calm because the dress was uncomfortable and I made an appointment so we could fix what was bothering me about the dress before it was finished. To my surprise, on the third date she changed completely. I could see that she realized the mistake she made, she cut the sleeves wrong, but she didn't want to accept it, no matter how much I tried to explain to her what was bothering me, she didn't want to listen to me and at the same time On the contrary, she became defensive and told me that she was not going to work for free and that the problem was me, that the shape of my body did not match the material of the dress. She advertises in her business that she makes custom-made dresses and that you can design a dress to your liking, that is a lie since I paid her to make a custom dress for me and she does not want or does not know how to do the job correctly. On the fourth visit she supposedly fixed the sleeves but the sleeve seams were also crooked and the shoulder seams were one higher than the other. I let her know and she says that my shoulders are the problem. In addition to the whole dress looking dirty, I myself have seen how she throws it on the floor and now she says that she won't give it to me clean either. Anyway, this lady is not a professional in sewing, she is a professional in deceiving people and then keeping the money that one works so hard to earn. It is not reliable and much less could I recommend it to anyone.
Beware with Teresa the owner, she scam people promising things she can keep up with. She's keeping $500 that I gave as a deposit and doesn't want to give my money back or finish the job correctly. she has terrible customer service. Please check other bridal salon with better service and much better prices. This lady charges more than a famous designer for a simple dress.

Teresa is absolutely fantastic !!! This is my completely custom wedding dress that she created and it was a dream!!! The outer jacket came off and the internal dress was fitted and so beautiful. Teresa was so patient and kind with all the quirks that I wanted to add and was incredibly flexible with last minute changes . She is exceptional and will recommend for years to come.

Teresa had a dress I really liked. The first time I went she gave a price. The second time I went with my mother she gave me a higher price. The deal was that she would make one alteration and she would have two different veil cape for me to choose from and a headpiece the dress would be delivered ironed. We agreed to the higher price. I went to pick up dress she only had one veil cape for me to try on and then said ironing was an extra $50. When making the deal she said she would have it ironed but now she was refusing and charging more. Also she refuses to take card twice she said she didn’t have the machine set up which can be a little inconvenient because her dresses are pricey so you have to carry quite a bit of cash with you.Her work is nice but she can over promise and not deliver. Her pricing is not clear.

I am the mother of the bride and my dress needed alteration. I was a little bit concerned because the material of my dress was not common and the back needed a nude lining. I wanted the front to have more covering and it needed to be hemmed as well. My husband also needed a good tailor to alter his Filipino Barong Tagalog (the formal wear of Filipinos made of pineapple fiber). My daughter recommended Teresa at Bridal City because she altered her wedding dress and she was very happy with it. When we went to see Teresa, she knew right away what to do. My husband and I are very happy with Teresa's work. It's meticulous, tasteful and timely

Theresa, thank you for being such a big part of my wedding day! You have taken a beautiful dress that was WAY too big for me and made it THE DRESS. She took in all of requests and skillfully executed every single one of them. I can now stand confident in my dress and feel like the beautiful bride I was hoping to be!
