terrible customer service, the lady I spoke with was so rude I called with one simple question and she spoke to me sarcastically like I was stupid as if I didn't know I was calling a body shop kept cutting me off and not letting me speak. whole phone call took maybe 45 seconds. before I could even get into the shop they already show me reasons why id rather pick a different body shop with better manners and customer service. give your money to better people with better service. 0/10 do not reccomend

This auto body shop and Raul are amazing. They can bring back a car back to life! I bought a salvage 2017 mazda cx-5 from auto action which was a huge gamble. There was complete front end damage and it was 9k out of pocket, but Raul said he had my back. This car did not look like it was going to be on the road any time soon in the condition it was. Two weeks went by and I couldn't believe how it looked. It look like a brand new car again and I couldn't even tell there was any damage! The repairs were expensive for my budget 5K but I still saved 10k in total compared to buying it used. I appreciate all the work they did and I highly recommend this auto body shop. Raul makes the whole process super easy. Couldn't be happier

Big Guy Auto Body is the best body shop in the SF valley. I have seen lot of county and official government vehicles been repaired here too. Raul is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and treat the customer very well. Again value for your money and great work. I highly recommend this place with 5 STARS *****. I will come back to this place for all my future paint and body repairs. ML-Santa Clarita.

It's really the small places that shock you. It may not look like much from the outside but all the quality is in the employees and service. I highly recommend Big Guy Auto to anyone who is in need of quality body work for a reasonable price (who isnt?). I'm not implying that you get your vehicle fixed on the cheap, just that you get most for your money here. Just got my car back and it doesn't even look like anything happend to it... I'm still in a little bit of shock. Thank you Big Guy Auto!

Went here to get an estimate on the removal of a large ugly scratch on my 2017 honda ridgeline. The guy looks at the scratch gently runs his fingers over it, says just a minute walks away, meanwhile im wondering how im gonna come up with a crazy auto body bill. So he comes back with a rag and some acetone and cleans the entire "scratch" off leaving the paint like it never was! Great guy an HONEST BODY SHOP he would take no money. I will always deal with an honest man, use this place.
