I went in a few days ago to purchase a muñeca for my nieces quinceañera. As soon as I walked in the door I saw a beautiful Hello Kitty in a blush colored dress. It was perfect! I asked the gentleman at the counter, what the price would be? and he stated it was $135. I asked him if I could put a deposit and he said I had to put $25-$35 dollars and I said not a problem. I put the deposit and got my receipt, and the agreement was to pick up the Hello Kitty August 1st and I told him I would pay it off the following weekend, and pick it up, and he said not a problem. The following day I received a phone call from a woman saying that she was from Angelitos boutique and that unfortunately there had been a mistake. The Hello Kitty I had put a deposit for was already on hold for someone else, and I said to her that it didn’t seem like it was on hold because it was on display. I told her if that was the case, would I be able to place an order for another Hello Kitty with the same colored dress, and she said yes, but that it would take 3 weeks to get there, once ordered, and that the price would be $185. I was like WHAT $185!!!! That was a huge difference on the price the gentlemen had mentioned and her response was we’ve been moving things around and he doesn’t know the prices. I mean why would you have someone working in your store, that is unaware of the prices. I told her forget about it all the other stores were selling the Hello Kitty’s for $140, I’ll just pick up my deposit and take my business else where. There was no apology from her what so ever. The interesting part is that, when my husband and I went to the store the Hello Kitty was on display again with a tagged price of $185. It was clear to me that it wasn’t on hold for anyone and they just wanted to scam me for more money. Do yourself a favor and just be aware when doing business with them. I’ll for sure not be referring any friends or family there.

The lady was nice and the cups and knife and server set I bought were beautiful but I paid $150 and engraving was included. Sounded like a great deal untill I received the products I didn't like the writing at all and they didn't want to refund or exchange because it's already engraved... I personally wouldn't go there again she may be nice but I honestly feel cheated ...

I placed a order of personalized ribbon. Order wasn't fulfilled correctly nor was I called to say it would be changed. Very unhappy and was not given back my money

Came here for my daughter they have really good prices the lady that works there gave me great customer service very humble and patient I'm glad I came here instead of down town la they have beautiful dresses they also have 15teen dresses I like this place
