The worst place ever ! I ordered a suit for my som here from this lady named Julia. She is the worst person ever ! I was asked to leave the deposit. I had the money upfront and paid the whole thing cash since they do not accept cards. Cash only. I asked her for the receipt she kept talking and distracted me. She finally gave me a receipt and continued talking to me about my sons measurements, I never checked to see that she only put that I gave her 40$ instead of the full balance which was 140$ when my husband came to pick up the suit we found out she lied and said I only gave her 40$ as the receipt says. She stole my 100! She's a thief and she should be fired and it's my fault for trusting the little old lady with the glasses ! Stay away ! I will be filing with the bureau as well.

This store is the worst place ever. I had my quinceanera on May 12, 2018. They had my dress the day before of my 15 on May 11 at 9:00pm. Julia is the lady in the front she is a liar. I went on August 12 to go a tell them whay dress I wanted they told to not worry everything was going to be okay. I went every month to go check how they were doing with my dress and Julia told that everything was amazing to not worry. Also they gave me my invitation 2 weeks before my 15. I had to go for my dress on Wednesday when I went it was so long, ripped, and it was not finished completely. They had to get 3 other ladies to finish my dress because they couldn't finish it. She told I was going to choose what I wanted but she ended up choosing for me. When you go there they tell you Alberto is the one who does the dress but the truth is that Alberto left to Las Vegas to get a better job and sold the store to the ladies that work there. Honestly I don't recommend this store for no one the lady lies always and they will give you your dress so late. I hate this store so much and gave me my dress at 9pm and one day before my 15. I hope everyone who sees this clnbice themselves that this store is the worst.

I was told my sons tuxedo was going to be ready after 3p I show up at 5 and it’s not ready. The lady said to give them until 6:30, I show up and nope it’s still not ready. I told her I was not leaving till that tuxedo gets there it got there at 7p. Not happy with the service I would not recommend this place to anyone

I ordered a prom dress and the lady tells me yes it'll be ready by this weekend, and i even tripple check with her because i know sometimes we can misinterpret. She assured me the upcoming weekend. I call a week later, she tells me she sold my dress and switches up all her words and says the dress will arrive in another week. I go then to try on the dress. The open late. Its the morning i get theyre still opening the store, but everyone there is giving nasty faces and i already felt unwelcomed. I get fitted, gotta do some more adjustments gives me another 5 extra days to fix the dress. My dad picks up the dress takes all the receipts to show the dress is 100% paid off. NO this lady gives me dad the worst customer service and tells him no payment was ever made, he asks for their receipts they refuse so they start talking in english to thinking my dad wouldnt understand english. He speaks perfect english. And tells them, whatever you have to say in english i know it. Still refusing and saying he needs to pay the entire dress. My dad says fine, but youre getting sued. My dad is a calm person and to hear this from him was very upsetting and i hope other people read this before going there.

I am a wedding planner and I needed a reliable source for organizing a wedding in a different area code. I would be traveling back and forth to and from this location in San Fernando. The male who answered the phone and refused to gve me his name, first put me on hold unprofessionally talking to a suit rental agent on the other phone in spanish, while still having me on an open line listening to his conversation. When He came back on the phone I started to mention to him (now in spanish) that I lived 3hrs away just to begin to explain my situation and he cut me off and said, "so you cant come" i hadn't even finished my sentence when he interrupted me, then i asked him if he didn't have the time of day for a customer and he said "no i don't, i'm very busy, if you want something you can call back"..... so I did just that and he answers and says "byyyeee!!" This is the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever came across in my line if business. For his knowledge My arrangement was for 1,500 people (mil quinientos invitados en la Hacienda T.....) and was going to consider that shop for this elegant wedding but after seeing what kind of people run this shop it would not have worked out. I may be an exclusive by recommendation only wedding planner but I am still humble and well educated to know I have my business due to my customers and will take a recommended wedding no matter what the circumstances are business is business and thats one major quality this store lacks(is missing). This male does not understand that concept and shouldn't be a successor with that horrible attitude.Alberto's Bridal, Thanks For nothing.
