Lalie Ed and Dan are the best! They helped me customize and build a rifle to the specs I wanted and gave me advice on every part along the way. They know what they are talking about! From the beginning till the end they took care to check on my order everyday even through supplier delays and kept me updated throughout the process. When the rifle was fully put together and I finally picked it up I was blown away (figuratively) it exceeded my expectations and it fires so smoothly! Would highly recommend checking out. They’ve been great with everything else in the past as well from purchasing non custom firearms to just giving advice and having a great conversation. They love what they do and it shows!

Went to turners, there were 45 people ahead of me. About 6 hours wait.I called addax, they said come on over. 30 second wait. A great guy welcomed me with a smile. Great help. No rush. I was out within 10 mins.You're my store now.

Addax Tactical is located in San Fernando and has plenty of parking. The location of the store is great. The firearms and services the store offers are however overpriced. Customer service has also always been unsatisfactory. The employees just don't appear to be happy to assist you. I have been there plenty of times now and i can say that the same gun i wanted to purchase from them i found cheaper at Turner's or GunsLa. Today was my last time giving Addax Tactical another try. I had a gun that i was selling and when i walked in i was told it was by appointment only. The employee was completely free and there were two other employees inside. I literally looked around the store and saw it was empty and the employee told me that the gun transfer would take awhile and they had an appointment coming up in 20 minutes. I asked why it was appointment only and they said it's been like this since Covid happened..... (eyes rolled hard). I immediately walked out and looked up PD gun supply which is a few blocks away. PD Gun Supply is a tiny firearms shop with a single employee who is the owner. I called and he said come right now. I showed up and sold the gun, i couldn't have been in the store for more than 3 or 4 minutes. I honestly wish Addax Tactical had better customer service and the employees weren't as incompetent. The business owner who made the gun transfers by appointment only.... Such an awful idea. I have 0 pleasure of leaving a negative review for this business because i am a strong second amendment believer.
