The night manager is very rude. He doesn't want anyone to use the microwave. I get it if the staff must do it but he doesn't want to do that either. How are we supposed to heat up our burritos? Then he accused me of not paying for my food even though I'm in the process of doing it with the cashier while he watches. I'm likely to go to the AM PM in the future.

I just went shopping and the employee of Indian descent ?? accused me that I had put something in my pocket that he was stealing and that he saw me on the camera ? I took everything out of my bag so he could see that it was bigger

Awful experience shopping here. Manager and employees don't own up to their mistakes and will berate you when you ask to receive advertised prices. Contacted 7/11 directly, I suggest anyone else with issues do the same. Their attitudes and treatment of customers impact the quality of the franchise and their license can get pulled.

So how much money do you think the franchise owner of this 7-Eleven loses to the 7-Eleven right up the street because they refuse to take a debit card at this one for lottery tickets. But all the other 7-Elevens in this area you can use your debit card for lottery tickets. I guess some of these franchise owners don't realize a debit card is the same as cash. So all they're doing is they're losing money because right up the street less than a mile from here there's another 7-Eleven that will take a debit card for lottery tickets. And then around the corner up on foothill that 711 takes debit cards for lottery tickets.

The cashier working on Monday morning at 1 am scanned her friends items and tried to make me pay for them. She did not close her friend out, scanned my item, and tried to have me pay $30 for my one item. I'm sure she's pulled this scam on some poor drunk folks before, and probably will again. But it won't happen to me, because I will not be going there again.

So I save my points to use then anytime I want but no the cashier presses no on the monitor before I have the chance to press yes. If the business doesn't want me t lo use my own points why give them out??? Don't waste your money here

One of the best 7-Elevens around. Employees that actually know what they're doing and are nice and happy to help. a lot of time do you get rude people at 7-Eleven so I was presently surprised about this one

Very rude customer service the cashier was disrespectful I will never purchase anything from this location again. The hot dogs that i purchased for my kids were all burnt no ketchup, mustard or any condiments were offered. Very disappointed.
