There's a lot of lending companies out there, but this company will always be our first choice for future purchases. WELL FIRST OF ALL I WAS REFERRED BY A FREIND.THINKING THAT IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO KEEP THE REFERRAL GOING.MEANWHILE I DECIDED TO GO WITH THE LENDER LETICIA YU.SHE SOUND LIKE SHE NEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING.I HAD NEVER MET HER ONLY TALK ON THE PHONE.AS A FIRST TIME BUYER SHE AND HER ASSIST KAREN ARE A FAKE.I HAD A NICE DEAL ON A HOUSE IN PALMDALE,WENT INTO ESCROW FOR APPROXIMATELY 2MONTHS AND AT THE LAST MINUTE SHE CALLS AND SAY I HAVE HAD TO MANY JOBS AND THAT SHE COULD NOT GET ME THE LOAN.SHE KNEW 2WEEKS IN ADVANCE THAT I HAD MULTIPLE JOBS THEN WHY WAIT UNTIL WE ARE SUPPOSE TO CLOSE WITH IN DAYS TO SAY I HAD TO MANY JOBS.WHAT A WASTE OF TIME.WOULD NOT RETURN MY RELATOR PHONES CALLS UNTIL DAYS LATER,ALWAYS IN A MEETING,JUST A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS A FIRST TIME BUYER.LAST BUT NOT LEAST FOUND ANOTHER LENDER THAT QUALIFY ME FOR THE LOAN,IN SECONDS AFTER I PICK UP MY DOCUMENTS THAT WERE ALL NOT THEIR.BE CARFUL WHO YOU DEAL WITH TODAY DO NOT TRUST ANYONE .VERY BAD,NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.FAKE SMILE,GOD BLESS THE WHOLE COMPANY.

I want to Thank Walter Blanco, Zef Franquez, Barbara Patino and the entire team for helping us accomplish the purchase of our first home. Very unprofessional girls that work there. Wait 2months to tell me that I don't qualify for this loan. They greet you with a FAKE smile.Always in a meeting, never return phone calls.Letrica Yu and her assistant are so phony they were not expecting me to get qualify. They kept my personal files,pretending that I didn't give them to them.Not a threat but a promise, please don't hesitate to give me a call or send the rest of my files in the mail or I will report you all to the board. Wait until the last minute to say that I have to many jobs,what about my income, the longest I've been on a job,you all never question me about other income or 401k.I will not refer anyone to this company and the one refer me JESUS, JESUS, JESUS. ONE DOOR CLOSES, ANOTHER ONE OPENS UP.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL .IT IS WELL.GOD BLESS,BEST WISHES.

Nancy at First Choice Lending was amazing to work with. I wish every buyer a Loan Officer/ Consultant who understands the ASSIGNMENT! Nancy did! Extremely pleased with the professional and personable service her and her team rendered. I would highly recommend them to any future buyer.
