What can I say about this place besides hands down the best customer service by far of any smoke shop in a 100 mile radius. Great prices with quality products the owner is a friendly neighborhood kind of guy with literally anything and everything you could ever need and thensome!!! If your in the area you definitely have to stop and gaze at the massive amount of inventory this tiny spot packs!! Trust me it's worth it and your welcome ?

The man I spoke to, Sam I believe, was very rude to me when I asked about the types of cigars he was selling, I wanted to buy some for my uncle and wanted it to be a surprised so I didn't exactly remember what kind he smoked. When asking about the brands he became very frustrated and Impatient when I was not trying not to cause trouble and just have a easy transaction. I ended up not buying anything because I was having such a bad experience with the man who I wanted to purchase product from.

I have only been to three smoke shops so I am not sure if this was just a bad time to come in or if the shop is actually just the worst place in Cali to pick up flavors. The old dude was acting like if it was my fault that he had to reach in three different places like I’m stocked the boxes.

Way overpriced for glassware. Kid working the store was very unhelpful, felt like he was really put out by my attempt to shop there. Prob one of the worst smoke shop experiences I've had and I don't understand how that's possible because I'm really expecting the bare min effort. What was provided was far under that.

This shop is a slapper. And the guy Michael knows what he's talking about! I stated and strawberry and the vibes are immaculate. And I swear 90% Michael is always eating, but I respect his hustle

Best shop around. The selection they have is not found elsewhere. The customer service is great as well. Sam and Michael are very friendly and knowledgeable--they are always ready to help and hook me up with the best products. They have high quality products at fair prices. Very honest and reasonable, I have never left this shop unsatisfied. Definitely recommend this place.

I went in to get a detox supplement and asked which product the worker would recommend. He went on to tell me "PUREDETOX" was a produce a few of his customers told him always worked . I took his word and purchased a bottle . The next day I was ready to take it when I decided to look one last time on the instrument, only to come to realize the produce was expired , by almost 4 years ! The bottle exp date read "09/18" in yellow. To top it all off it looked liked they tried coving it with a yellow dot so it wouldn't be seen . I drove back down to the smoke shop to let them know about their product and the same worker tried to brush it off by saying "I can't really say it expired because I can't really see those numbers , but let me check if the box also has an exp. Date " . Which he could not fine in till I showed him that EVEN THE BOX ITSELF WAS EXPIRED AND WAS PURPOSELY COVERED UP TO NOT SHOW THE EXP DATE & in conclusion both exp. Were deliberately Covered up and when I asked to trade it in a different product and he still charged me the $5 difference .

The owner, I believe, whose name he said was Sam, is nothing but a thief and a scammer. I went in just before 5:00pm to get some lottery tickets. The guy overcharged me $56! I didn’t realize it til I returned to my car and counted them again twice. I went back in the store and he started hemming and hawing about he didn’t have time to do an inventory yada yada. He deliberately overcharged me for the tickets and pocketed it. I am filing a report with the state lottery commission. DO NOT GO IN THIS STORE. They are scammers. It’s pathetic.

These people are dishonest scammers. They overcharged $56 for lottery scratchers and when I recounted and brought it to his attention, he hemmed and hawed and yelled saying he didn't have time to do an inventory. It was ENTIRELY DELIBERATE. Don't patronize this store. But if you do, WATCH YOUR BACK AND COUNT YOUR CHANGE. It's so sad people do business this way, especially now. Hopefully the lottery commission will pull their product from them!

I would recommend this smoke shop to anyone! The customer service here is elite. The owner truly cares about his customers and so helpful. They have a wide selection of glass pieces and prices are not bad, very knowledgable on cleaning products. I will definitely be back to support them with my business!

Came in to exchange several of my lotto wins.There were two people in front of me. A white guy, a Hispanic guy, me(asian), and a African American guy behind me in line.The old guy(owner?) greeted the two guys in front of me and was being really friendly. When it was my turn, I said Hi and handed him my lotto stuff. No greet or any word came out of him even after I thanked and said "have a good day". When I walked out of the door, I heard the old guy greeting the guy that was in back of me.The other more younger guys working here are nice but this old guy never says a word to me. Not even a Hi or okay or sure or whatever. Nothing.I don't understand. The only time I got a greeting word out of his mouth was when I had sunglasses and a mask on. LOL Been living in Via Verde for 28 years or so and been coming to this shop once in awhile for lotto and stuff but man.... I was a bit surprised by this old guy... guess he doesn't like Asians :/Other than the old guy, nice shop?

I always receive the best service at Zsmoke shop. This place is family owned, and you can tell because they treat every customer like one. Very polite and helpful! Great prices!
