Absolutely hands down the worst service ever. Drive through wait is always 30+ minutes. Prescriptions are lost or allegedly "never sent". The lack of adequate staffing makes this place a miserable experience. My advice is to find another pharmacy that can properly service your needs within a reasonable amount of time.

Waiting 30+ minutes for medications ordered days ago seems unreasonable to me. Time to find a new pharmacy. Proximity doesn't mean it's convenient.

This is one of the worst pharmacy in town. The pharmacy personnel have no idea what they are doing. I recommend going to the Walgreens Covina.
