The lady who made my son cake was nice. However the young man with long hair a cashier was rude. He barely wanted to touch me to give me a receipt, and I said hello and nothing was said back.

Ugh, was bad enough when they closed at 11pm and now they close at 10pm, which I didn't discover until I already went there. Of course it's the only grocery store in the area too and I often work until 10pm. ? There were at least 3 other cars that showed up at the same time as me that were turned away as well, so not sure why the early close time, when there would be business after 10pm.

The bakery at Vons is excellent. I recommend the jalapeno bread and onion roll, but I went there this time to get flowers because the arrangements and the selections are second to none

All employees are helpful and very polite. Minimal lines and good customer service. If your looking for fast grocery shopping this place works.

I shopped here today, cashier was Samantha. I said good morning to her, she looked away, scanned my items and asked me if I wanted a bag. I was getting cash back and she looked so disgruntled while waiting for the receipt to print and the drawer to open. This was such lack of customer service. I don't expect anyone to jump through hoops for me, a simple "Good Morning" sets the tone for a better experience. Maybe she was having a bad day or was sleepy, it was 6:47 a.m. when I was there. She expertly displayed that she did not want to be there and was put off that a customer with 3 items interrupted her standing around. I am retired from my job in the pharmacy at Walmart. Customer service is crucial to maintaining loyal shoppers.
