My family has been using this pharmacy for close to 30 years. We started using when it was Via Verde Pharmacy under ownership of Rick. He was such a great pharmacist. Using a small neighborhood pharmacy really had its benefits. Rick always got to know customers and would answer your questions honestly. We've tried to give new owners a good try. It takes time to get newly purchased business running smoothly BUT after these last few years we've given up on them. New owner is nice but keeps hiring USELESS staff. We've been shorted prescriptions, have been lied to about availability of prescriptions, and questions ignored or lied to about our coverage.

Very convenient location, good customer service, and plenty of free parking. If you need to run several errands, you can accomplish several at one location. My doctor sent my prescription electronically to this pharmacy (formerly named Via Verde Pharmacy). I realize nearly every pharmacy offers this type of service, but when you arrive you might wait 20 minutes to pick up. But, NOT at Mercy Pharmacy! I called in a refill, within the hour, I received a text message letting me know it was ready. I didn't even know my prescription number when I placed the order, I simply gave my name and phone number. You can also "walk-in" or make an appointment for the flu shot or Covid vaccine. I got mine here and waited less than 10 minutes to be seen. This is also a Hallmark store where you can purchase gifts and choose special occasion cards from the ample collection all supply. There is a mini-postal sub-station here. You can buy stamps and mail letters/packages too. This proved to be a real time saver and the prices are very reasonable.

Staff was very helpful getting me a refund for a Covid test appointment I couldn’t honor. I really thought my $85 was “gone with the wind”, but they took time out of their (very busy) day to make sure that I got a refund. Awesome service from a local business.

First time here. Cute little place. Went there my booster shot and had to wait a while which wasn't too bad, it was the wait in line to purchase some cards that if I hadn't had to stay for the observation period after the vaccine, I would've left before making my purchase. The parking lot has craters for potholes and I fell in one while looking for the actual store. ?

I searched on Myturn for a walk-in clinic to get my COVID vaccine and found this place. However when I arrived they asked me to make an appointment first. Shouldn’t mark as “walk-in welcome” when you need appointments anyways

I came in today to get a shot. It was conveniently located in the Vons shopping center. I signed up online for a 10 am appointment and I was first in line when I arrived. It got really busy after that. If you register online, register each person rather than a group. The group option does not go through in the system.

I came in for my second dose of covid and Krista assisted my sister and myself. She was wonderful and helpful with filling all the paper work. She assure me every was going to be okay since I came from LA. I definitely recommend everyone to come here and look for Krista. Mercy pharmacy in San Dimas.

Mercy Pharmacy San Dimas is the quintessential neighborhood pharmacy. Everyone knows you by name and greets you upon entry. You truly feel like family when you are here. Getting prescription refills is quick and efficient (call and leave a message, you'll get an email/text when they're ready). Getting your COVID/flu shot is simple due to how organized they are. You're never kept waiting long while here (though I never mind spending time in the store). Jerome is always friendly and accommodating. Denisa is always nice to my family. Mr. "A" always genuinely greets you with a smile. My daughter still misses Dalia and asks where her friend is. She was super sweet to her and made my USPS visits quick and painless. I feel so fortunate to call this my neighborhood pharmacy!!

My experience here was delightful! The staff was quick, professional, and provided excellent customer service. On each visit, the store employee Christa went above and beyond to ensure my questions were answered and that I was cared for. What a cute, multi-purpose pharmacy! Tucked away in a sleepy, San Dimas complex off Via Verde, Mercy Pharmacy provides so much more than you imagine. On top of their more-than-capable pharmacy, they also have a US Post office that can deliver all your needs without the headache of going into the busy part of town. You can tell that this small business does everything to provide great service and is very deserving of it's local love. If you're trying to fill a prescription, ship out a package, or just pick up a card for an occasion, take a quiet drive and visit without hesitation.
