scheduled an appointment for 8:45am. Arrived 8:40 and waited until 9:25 and still waiting for the physician who’s “running late” doing another telehealth appointment. Please don’t double book your patients.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with the doctors office and customer service upon arriving the receptionist or whatever she is in the front was extremely rude and almost non responsive not sure why person like this would be in charge of anything related to customer service. My appointment was set up three weeks ago of course at no point did anyone advise me that I needed to change my primary physician to their office and they told me that two weeks ago I would not have wasted my time this morning. in addition, I asked for a courtesy visit after the change was done immediately after she requested it, and they denied it. The front of the office is obviously unprofessional and in that as they don’t follow any due diligence to be sure the process is done correctly

I saw Dr. Ross who is new to this office. He was great and personable. He really listened to my concerns and took his time with me. I was very happy with our visit.

In the past, I've bounced around different doctors offices because I always found they lacked empathy and treated me more like a number than a patient. That is.. until I saw Dr. McDonald. I was originally recommended by a friend for back issues I was having from an injury, but loved her so much that I switched her to be my primary. I'm a big fan that she's a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, and not an MD. (DOs receive the exact same training as MDs, but with a more holistic approach. Then they have additional training in body manipulation techniques, which have been a lifesaver for my back injury). Recently, I am going through a bad health spell despite being normally very healthy. She takes the time to answer all my questions and I can tell really cares about my well-being. She also takes a "less is more" approach to prescribing medication, which I'm a bit fan of, and instead tries to find the route cause of the issues. I now live an hour away from this office, but still make the drive to see her. I don't forsee that changing any time soon.

Don't waste your time. I went to this place back in 2021 and now in 2023 they are sending me a medical bill. I spent so much time calling around trying to get it straightened out. What a hassle, ended up paying it anyways.

I was referred by a family member. Dr Kurt is very through and detailed. I really like that he calls you to tell you results and just makes you feel seen.

I've been going to Dr. Davis for over twenty years. I always receive great care and best of all complete explanations of my health issues. Since Dr. Davis is now teaching and therefore not always available, I've been seeing Dr. Heather McDonald. She always spends time explaining all the details of her observations. She is super smart and full of compassion. Wait time has vastly improved over the years....hopefully, my five star review won't ruin that!

Good office but SO hard to get someone to answer. Line is always busy and there is no other way to contact besides front desk. They open very late too, which isn't helpful and then you spend hours trying to get through

I have been going to Dr Heather McDonald for many years now. I like her so much that my husband has been going to her for now a lot of years. I even entrust my son to her care when I have a certain kind of issue and pay cash for him to see her because I trust her more than anyone else. I should know I was training to be a heart surgeon at one point. I don't trust a lot of doctors. Dr Heather McDonald knows what she's talking about, and as a DO she is very aware of not only western practices of an MD but also eastern practices as a DO. Some of these responses talk about waiting to see the doctor. Everywhere I've ever been I've had to wait. For my ENT in San Dimas I have to wait for three hours sometimes before I see him. That being said, I choose to do earlier morning appointments or right after lunch so that I get to be seen quite quickly. So I never had a problem. I agree the parking lot is quite small it is much easier to park at the lot across the street and walk across the street. The office is a little older dated but it is clean and everybody is very respectful about cleanliness. Part of me doesn't want to write this review because she's always so busy and it's hard to get an appointment with her because she is so well loved. If somebody was such a horrible doctor, how would she have so many patients because people do not want to let her go? She is amazing.

Dirty office. Stained carpet and seats. They don't sanitized the pens. They pack the people in the waiting room.

This was my first Dr. appt in years. I have been very negligent of my health. This office welcomed me with zero judgement. Dr. Uhl addressed all my issues and I left with a plan to get me caught up on stuff I had missed. They did everything possible to encourage me and did not overwhelm me with stuff. I hate going to Dr's but this experience was very encouraging. I just hope I can stick with the health plan that they designed for me.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have never been treated so poorly as a patient. I went to Dr. Davis regarding my meds, only to be talked down to, belittled and insulted on my intelligence. Upon asking if I had the vaccine, I then was told I needed to get the vaccine. I said I felt it was a personal choice and that I was waiting a year to see how I felt about it. This caused him to say I had circular thinking ( again insulting my intelligence) and that he wasn't going to waste his time convincing me to get it. Of course the next five minutes he spent trying to convince me why everyone should get the vaccine. I came here for my health and instead got lectured and berated. If you want someone with an ego then this is your guy. Walked out in tears. I will never trust this place with my health again. This was not the first issue I have had here, but it will definitely be my last.

Front desk staffs were very nice and friendly. I was seen by Dr. McDonald. She was awesome. She took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I definitely would recommend my family and friends here
