I had been dealing with a persistent rat problem for months, and it was causing my family a lot of stress. That's when I found Versa-Tech Pest Management, and I am so grateful I did. Jason and his team are true professionals. From the moment they arrived, I felt like I was in good hands.
Jason is incredibly personable and easy to talk to--I could chat with him for hours! He genuinely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to ensure you're comfortable and informed. His team is equally wonderful, very knowledgeable, and friendly. They developed a comprehensive plan to tackle the rat issue and kept me updated every step of the way.
What really stood out to me was their thoroughness and attention to detail. They didn't just address the immediate problem but also put measures in place to prevent future issues. Plus, they were meticulous about cleanliness, leaving no mess behind.

We live in a small condo between two neighboring units with shared walls/attics and the rats were having a party above us. Versa-Tech Pest Management truly came through. We called several places and Versa-Tech was responsive, offered a variety of options, and shut the rat party down. Jason did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable, thorough in his assessments and explanations, very professional, personable, and prioritized cleanliness. The peace of mind and rat-proofed digs are amazing. Highly recommend his services!

My yard includes a hillside & other access issues. I had problems with several types of rodents (mice, rats, ground squirrels), but Versa-Tech used a combination of techniques & after the first month of service the rodent activity is under control. Joe & Daniel were excellent at communicating their plan & the details of their service. Highly recommended.

I usually don't leave reviews because I'm too lazy. But I must leave one for Bryan. He's been working on my house for a year now. I have a lot of fears regarding all pests. Whenever we have a problem, he's been always there for us. He never ignores us always listens and come to rescue. I just wanna say thank you and my family and I appreciate you so much.

Versa-tech has been awesome to work with. We had a challenging bee situation in a very hard to reach area. Service representative Daniel is an absolute gem: polite, informative, effective and timely. He told us that bees may return given size of hives. When they did, he came back no charge and said the poisin is still effective. A few weeks later, we were still getting bees despite results. Daniel sealed the areas at no extra charge. Great service, very fair rates, and they warranty their work literally with no issues...even with a very complicated situation.

Versa-Tech deserves more than 5 stars, I've been a client of theirs since 2015 when Jason came to my house and treat springtails, and springtails are very difficult to treat. No more springtails after the treatment he gave and as he promised.Since then, I have had Stan come and service the house, I used to have ants, older Pest company would treat but the Ants always came back but no more since he treated them.Stan is always on time and his communication is absolutely impressive. Thank you, Versa-Tech, for a great service at my home in Sherman Oaks.

Jason and his team are the best! We suspected we had a rodent issue at my dad's house so we asked Jason to come out to investigate. He confirmed with photos and videos from the attic that we had an issue that was there for quite some time. He was straight with us and offered a couple of different options. We went for the full attic restoration. The paperwork was thorough and the price was excellent. We even asked what they could do about a bee issue we also had and they took care of that as well! The team was so great. They were professional and efficient. The job isn't completely finished yet but we're already super happy we chose Versa Tech. Thank you Jason!

What we thought was a rodent preventative measure done when we had our roof and the attic insulation removed, cleaned, disenfected and all rodent access closed off, they apparently missed one area. We shopped around for a pest management company and Versa Tech was the most professional and knowledgeable. They responded within an hour of my online request for a quote. The associate on the phone "interviewed' me on my needs and was able to schedule us for a site survey. They were able to send a tech out quickly (as was the other companies I called)Their pest professional Joe Garcia was assigned to us. After asking us a few questions concerning our rodent problem he did and exterior inspection and the attic where we knew their was activity. After the inspection, Joe pointed out all the access points from the outside and areas in the attic where the rodents were. He took photos of there droppings and soiled areas. Fortunately it was light and did not require mass removal of the new insulation. Joe explained every aspect of the work to be done, a time table as to how long the work was to be done, the follow up the see if any rodents were locked in after all the access points were sealed. He followed up a few days later to finish the attic (vacuum the droppings and disinfect) and check all the traps a laid down. He found one large one under the house crawlspace that was obviously trapped and had no way out.He was the only one of the four companies that came to survey that brought in a tarp to cover the floor where he placed his ladder to access the attic and also wore protective booties.Excellent customer service, courteous, very knowledgeable and didn't oversell.Service: Rodent extermination

There service is always on time, the techs will discuss their approach to keeping you and your family safe and bug free, and they do all of this for a very competitive price. We were smelling a skunk for a few weeks, but we thought the skunk was probably in our neighbor's backyard. Little did we know, the skunk was under our shed in our backyard. I found Versa-Tech on Yelp and found the reviews reliable, so I decided to give it a call. A lady picked up and I explained the situation to her and she said that the schedule coordinator will came to schedule the free inspection. A few minutes later, the schedule coordinator calls (I was amazed at how fast they work!) and she was able to schedule the inspection for that same afternoon (which was perfect). The technician we worked with was Cesar and he arrived at the scheduled time. He explained to me the process with the skunk traps and the humane treatment of it (the skunk gets relocated and released). Cesar came over every other morning to check on the skunk trap and it took about a week for the skunk to finally get trapped! I texted Cesar the morning that I noticed the trap door closed and he sent another technician (since he was not available at the time) to pick up the traps and the skunk. The other technician arrived in less than hour and picked everything up (finally no more skunk smell). I appreciate the professionalism of the company and the inspection reports that I receive via email every time they came to check on the trap. The payment process was also very simple and fast (paid via credit card) and I received the payment receipt immediately via email. I love the technological efficiency of Versa-Tech and their wonderful customer service from all their technicians and staff!

I have used Versa-Tech Pest Management for several years now and have been virtually pest free ever since! Jason, the owner of the company, is very professional and friendly and knows his stuff! He is also very reasonably priced compared to the competition. His technicians show up when they say they will and do a thorough job with the treatment...a special shout-out to Stan who does an awesome job every time he comes to service my property. Versa doesn't treat you like a customer, they treat you like a guest! Customers go to gas stations, guests come into your home. They treat you like family, and they're very thorough with their diagnosis. Joe stopped by my café to give us a free consultation. He was helpful, detail- oriented, and transparent. He was kind enough to stay over a little bit, and I had a wonderful chat with him about how they started the business. I'm always a softy for an individual that has transcended their circumstances and persevered through the inevitable adversity that life throws at us and that's what Joe has done, and you can tell by his enthusiastic attitude and appreciation, not only towards his business, but towards life in general. Person of character will always win my business!They scheduled someone to come out a week after to mitigate the issue that we had, which was a German cockroach issue. Bryan was great! I don't know if they put optimism inside of their morning coffee, but he was just as enthusiastic as Joe lol:) He was inside our café for maybe two hours, super quick! He contacted me right after and told me he locked up behind him and that if I had any questions at all to give him a call.If you're a place of business or residential, and you're looking for a company that is trust worthy, transparent on pricing, and detail oriented, look no further! A great company to work with. Jason the owner is an honest guy. There are no high pressure sales, just a free evaluation of how to secure our home from rats. I'm confident that our rodent protection is in good hands with Jason. I am grateful for their professional expertise.
