I want to thank the Manager at Sketchers (Denisse) the Cashier and The Man on the floor (Joel) for their excellent customer service. Denise went above her duties when she got the ladder and climbed up to get me a pair of shoes she thought I might like. Joel was assisting me he understood what I needed and he was able to take me to the proper aisle. He hah to go to lunch and when he returned he came back and continued with helping me and my sister. The Cashier recommended shoes to me. They are truly appreciated.

Skechers is my go-to for comfortable and affordable footwear. With a size 13, I always head straight to the clearance section, which often has great deals on larger sizes. The variety is impressive, and I can usually find something that fits well and suits my needs. The store is well-organized, making it easy to browse, and the staff is helpful without being pushy. Overall, it's a reliable spot for quality shoes at a good price.

The store manager was the first Sketchers employee to ask me if I needed help and proceed to physically help me and not just point. She really helped us. Not just for a pair of shoes but for All of the shoes I tried on and it was extensive. I have learned I need to really try before I buy. There are very few places that have such an amazing store manager. My husband was helped as well. This is the second time we have been to this store. This is the second Sketchers store we have been to recently. We really needed the help and appreciated it.

Selection was OK compared to my local place. It seemed to have more. Service was OK. No one asked us if we needed help in finding anything special. Not until we were ready to check out. Had to ask if anyone was at the register. Once the employee came she was very nice.

I cannot say enough nice things about the staff at this Skechers store in San Dimas, CA. I understand the staff is not on commission, but they still maintain a high level of service.

Joel was so awesome in helping us choose the shoes best for us. My mom and I each bought a pair of Schechers. Joel also gave us a discount. He was so knowledgeable and kind. We give him all 10+'s for his excellent customer service skills. We can't wait to go back to this Schetchers Store.

The cashier who speaks Spanish in this business was very friendly, she showed me several styles of shoes and gave me a lot of information, and the place is very large with a lot of variety and very tidy. I liked how the cashier treated me.

I didn’t expect to buy anything, just wanted to look for myself and my family. I walked out with 4 pairs of shoes, each one for my family! Special Thanks to Kayla, she checked for my kids’ feet for their corrected sizes and her extra effort to help me…. ? she is reason my family walked out with big smiles.

Amazing customer services from my call to the store, to the front desk associates, to the associate on the floor who offered assistance. Everyone working acknowledged every single customer who walked in. So thankful for their help with my last minute emergency gift needs. Beyond grateful!!!
