“I want to thank the Manager at Sketchers (Denisse) the Cashier and The Man on the floor (Joel) for their excellent customer service. Denise went above her duties when she got the ladder and climbed up to get me a pair of shoes she thought I might like. Joel was assisting me he understood what I needed and he was able to take me to the proper aisle. He hah to go to lunch and when he returned he came back and continued with helping me and my sister. The Cashier recommended shoes to me. They are truly appreciated.”
“We love Boot Barn as the clothing and accessories they have to offer are usually not found at any typical store or in a mall and have shopped Boot Barns in many other states. One thing I would really like to emphasize is the new location. Great space and due to the larger location, they have quadrupled the selection. It’s nice to see places like this expand in areas that were vacant and repurposed for the better. Especially with this shopping center needing a touch of class. Hats off to you Boot Barn!”
