The costs are extremely expensive, they make it difficult for you to hand over your vehicle to make money, the mobility staff in the yard is attentive and helpful, which is why I only give them one star.

Got a hold of these folks through AAA to tow my truck across Anaheim. Greg was such a nice guy and very professional. 10/10 would trust him to move/haul anything I have!!

Sanders Towing went out of their way to help me replace my car battery when another company dropped the ball. I truly appreciate Ali for all his help in getting my car up and running again. Life Saver!

The dude that was at counter when I went seemed a little racist, maybe he was very distant made me feel uncomfortable. Anyways I felt like I really shouldn't believe what he was telling me and he said I would be out of money $50 if he made my key and my issue in my car didn't work. This is a business and if something doesn't work you should be able to return and get your money back. He did mention that it probably would be something eternal but didn't refer me to someone or somebody that could fix my problem. He was just unprofessional in my eyes.

Sanders Towing is easily one of the nicest tow companies I've ever had to unfortunately deal with. One of my vehicles was towed here by the police after a collision. The staff at Sanders explained what I needed to access my vehicle to retrieve my belongings (didn't cost me anything) and get the vehicle released for repair. Everyone at the location was genuinely friendly and helpful.A+ experience!!

I've never experience customer service is horrible as it is here! They're argumentative they cannot communicate and extremely rude! They don't try to work with you or even explain what's going on after being in a car accident you think they'd have a little compassion but instead they try to charge me $75 to get my belongings out of my car. They just want their money and that's all they care about! I would never recommend using Sanders for any reason! They're Nothing But Money Hungary Thieves!! Maybe the owner can train their employees to communicate, answer simple questions and not to be so rude!!!

I had the pleasure of using Sanders tow service (via AAA).Both the dispatcher and driver kept me abreast of their ETA.Upon their timely arrival,Ali N.(driver-technician) was respectful and his experience was most definitely on display as he went about the “task at hand”…Mr Ali well represented Sanders towing as well as AAA.Job well done!!!Service: Car towing

My car wouldn't start and I had my 9month old baby with me and frozen groceries in the car. Phillip was dispatched and arrived quickly to give me a jump. He was friendly and informative. Thank you again!!

Greg towed my 30 foot class a motorhome on 9/6/2023. It was the best experience I have ever had with a towing company. Greg was very careful with everything he was doing and delivered the motorhome safely to the repair facility. I highly recommend Sanders Towing and can't say how much I appreciate Greg. Thank you Greg!!!

I would like to thank the Sanders towing team for getting myself and my bike home. Called AAA to have my bike towed home, they were not going to have someone out for 2 plus hours, mind you this is at 8pm at night. Waited to her back from AAA dispatch and still have not received that call. Spoke with Stacey at Sanders a truck arrived less than 30 min later to provide excellent service Thnak you Stacey, Don amd team Sanders towing.

Never thought I'd say a Tow Company really saved me, but THANK YOU, SANDERS, You came through when surprisingly, Jans is only Triple A, and couldn't help this time. You all did though, and incredibly in such a short window. I want to commend John, my TTO, as he was punctual, knowledgeable, and treated my heap like a queen. Really.I truly appreciate your professionalism, and helpfulness during a stressful moment, and would gladly refer Both Sanders, and John to anyone in need of their services.P.S. they fixed my car in 5-hours and for free!! Amazing, huh, John? And I just realized I had written this, but forgot to hit post. I'm so sorry for my tardiness .

Saved us as we waited for two other tow trucks via AAA for 3 hours. Called you as we could not find a flatbed for our new Porsche Taycan. Half an hour hour truck arrived car was loaded and away. AAA was awful as was Porsche Roadside Assistance or as I know them now, Porsche Roadkill Assistance. Shame on AAA. Did not get your drivers name? but super professional.
