Thank you San Dimas Lock-Up for making my experience perfection. Y'all provided excellent customer service, we're very friendly, fair priced, and the property is very secure and safe. It was very easy to move in and now that I'm moving out, it was very easy to schedule move out as well. Will definitely be using you for my future storage needs.

After the 4th storage inquiry, my luck I found this place on the 5th search.Called spoke with Brian, he was able to put me in a 10x10 by 2:30.Great prices on units, very clean and easy to enter and exit. Security at every door so I feel my family's belongings are secure.Thank you very much Brian

This place is rude. yelled at me and people helping moving my stuff in and out. Always in my face. Made me sit out in the cold when I was waiting for a ride. Yelled at me for punching in someone from inside the gate. Nag nag nag. That's the owner. Mean. And she will charge you for last month even if you leave 2 or 3:week early. Very unprofessional and rude

Very very friendly staff. clean facility with good operating and big elevators for the upper floors. :) if i had to complain it would be about thier limited hours.

Let me begin by saying that I'm normally a very responsible person... but man did I mess up with San Dimas Lock-Up. I didn't have my monthly set to auto payment and for years I remembered to make online payments. Well, then the pandemic happened and I had my own medical issues and multiple surgeries that I forgot all about this bill. I've been recovering at my mom's and haven't been back home to collect my snail mail and missed the numerous attempts the folks at this business made to contact me. When I remembered suddenly and tried to sign onto the online portal, I received a message informing me how delinquent I was after months of not paying. Nearly having a panic attack, I called Maria right away. She was so nice and because I'm a financially illiterate millennial, she was nice enough to explain what a cashiers check was and how it works. We set up an appointment so that I could pay what I owed and set up auto pay. Maria and Carol were so nice, shared genuine concern about my well being as I had mentioned that I was dealing with some medical stuff and went above and beyond to keep their customers and themselves safe during this pandemic. Support local small businesses and use this business for all your storage needs.
