Absolutely stunning work! John was very out front and open and is very knowledgeable. I was scammed into buying a diamond warranty from a big box chain store. When I lost my diamond they claimed my warranty was “voided” and was going to charge $1000.00 for a 1/10 diamond. John repaired that same ring for under $100. They have won my business for life!

John is beyond amazing I can't believe I found this place when I recently moved to Glendora. They have great customer service and a variety of options. I even ordered some specified items that I wanted and he was able to match and measure exactly what I wanted. I'm super happy with my most recent purchases so far, I've purchased multiple rings earrings anklet a necklace, a charm and he also fixed my husband's wedding ring, which is very old. If you're looking for great prices and high-quality jewelry, I would highly recommend that you come here everybody who's there has great service mainly Jhon and there's another guy that I also work with.

John is beyond FANTASTIC! He is professional and extremely knowledgeable! In fact he has made every piece of jewelry I wear. He always makes sure you get the best bang for your buck! He makes every piece with his special touch and each piece comes out perfect every time, we will forever be thankful to John for all of the special pieces he has made us and will continue to go to him. I love John's work! My mom got both of her wedding sets here, starting 35 years ago, and recommended this shop to me. I had my wedding set custom made 10 years ago and have continued to come back for more custom jewelry. I just received two rings I wanted made and John went above and beyond with the craftsmanship and quality. He does a great job giving his input on what will/won't work for your design and helps steer you in a direction to give you the best product possible. I have lived out of state now for 15 years and still go back to him for the custom work and have referred him to multiple people who now go to him for their jewelry (and they are also out of state). I will continue to use him for all of my jewelry needs since I am getting better quality/quantity at direct prices.

This place left amazing impressions in me. Took my watch for a new battery on Dec 23,2022. When the watch was ready the owner said to me Merry Christmas, no charge. Wow. Thank you Sir.
