Yeah don’t go in if you want to have your pet harassed thought we would go in and get a snack for my husky. Only to be told he was not allowed because he is going to pee everywhere why own a pet store then lol. Don’t worry let me go corporate get my business to petco or petsmart at least they won’t be worried about if my dog tinkles. I added a picture of the culprit that way they don’t think we are lying thanks for a not so welcoming experience. lol wait till they finish the metro link you won’t just be worried about animals peeing there.

Owner was so snappy and condescending. the place was FILTHY and smelled terrible. the only good part of the store was staff, they were very polite and eager to help. I could tell they didn't wanna be there unfortunately and the owners talked down on them. I can't stand such disgusting treatment. never coming back, owner needs to learn how to treat others.

Came to buy hay but the bags were to big for my needs. While here, I noticed the rabbits are not housed properly. One rabbit was in a cage in the sun with no where else to go for shade or shelter. As a seasoned rabbit owner, I could tell that this rabbit was experiencing heat distress. I had to notify an employee that the rabbit was in heat distress and he put an ice pack in the cage. It is recommended by many vets and other experts that rabbits should have at least a 10 ft x 10 ft space to walk, run, stretch and stand properly. This space should not have a wire bottom because rabbit feet do not have paw pads, just thin skin and fur. They need small huts to retreat into for shade from possible sunshine or in order to hide and feel safe. I have visited other pet stores like one in Malibu that sells bunnies and they have them in a large pen on the ground and seem very happy. To the owners of the store, seeing the rabbits this way made me feel like not supporting this business at all. If you need assistance with a better housing solution for the rabbits, I would be happy to come and volunteer my time to help come up with ideas to make it better.

Come to this place for our dogs and bunnies. They have lots of good for your animals products at good prices. They cater to many different animals. Farm animals, domeatic pets. They also do adoptions of a mix of animals. There is alot to see here alawys something new. Definitly check it out. Its in the small little town of san dimas. Very nice place.

I love it here. I take my pets to the animal clinic. It's inexpensive and fast. I also like to buy the pet flags and look at the kitties and birds.

I look forward to my visits to the San Dimas Grain store. Parking is great. I walk in without interrupting the staff assisting other customers. I don't come here expecting emotional or psychological therapy. I help myself without being followed by staff. I take my time looking around at any products I may have missed on previous visits. The store is displayed beautifully. I love coming here from West Covina. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. I recommend you stop by and see for yourself. Be safe.
