My favorite Sam's Club store. This store is very clean, organized and always fully stockedEmployees here are very helpful, friendly and professional. Prices are very affordable for name brand products and parking is plentiful in the large parking lot

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! NO PREMIUM PAY FOR ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!They claim they pay extra and that's BULL**** FALSE ADVERTISING. from what I've hear. associates barely even get paid and hours get cut dramatically making the store incredibly difficult to shop in. Corporate thinks it's a smart idea to cut hours, have long lines and OUTSOURCE JOBS TO INDIA!!! YES THEY HAVE A GIANT STORE THAT IS PAID MIN WAGE WITH BARLY ANY WORKERS BUT OUTSOURCE OVER 100 JOBS TO INDIA LMAO!!!!!customers complain about the long lines and lack of workers but keep in mind management doesn't care about your complaint, they rather lie about pay and pay pennies to Indian workers across sea.UN-AMERICAN SCUM

Ordered the two tier succulent cake. 2 starts because it taste good. But I was really embarrassed to show up to my brother's house for my niece's sweet 16 with this cake. It was messy and ugly. Who ever decorated this cake was either in a really big hurry, drunk, or they just dont give a crap. There are supposed to be clean and tight floral type ruffles on the sides, not swivel ribbon lines of frosting. There are parts of cake visible in many spots, supposed to be cover with clean flat frosting. Very uneven, and sloppy. Crooked. Worst professional baked cake Ive ever seen come from Sam's. I was so embarrassed to show up with this cake! Never again!

The gas at Sam's Club is frugally priced for members. The line for gas is fairly quick and paying with Sam's Club credit card is a fast pay process.

Purchased Robitussin cough syrup from this location you are not able to go to the store and purchase this item and you cannot have it delivered to your home the only way to purchase it is to pay $4 surcharge to get it and on top of that when we went our app did not work so we sat in our car for 25 minutes before we went into the store to pick up the item and we're told they were having issues with their app there's something wrong with the Integrity of Sam's Club when they charge you $4 instead of just putting the $4 surcharge on the price of the item

I love Sam's Club for everything they have to offer especially the all the books. The associates and membership services are all very helpful and professional. I just miss the photo shop with the pictures and card making services. Can you please bring it back Sam's Club?

The employees are very rude. This isn't the first time I noticed it but today it was so obvious and I just don't get it. I went through the checkstand and put all my items that were not heavy up on the checkstand and left the heavy items in the basket . I even went as far as to turn all the UPC barcodes in a easy access location to expedite her job. She never greeted me, she never looked at me and when she was done scanning my items and taking my money she never said thank you and just started ringing up the next customer with all my items still on her register. Maybe I'm mistaken them for Costco employees but I thought they used to put it in your basket for you and sometimes even offer you a box.

This is the most pathetic Sam's Club I have ever been to. They have zero urgency on anything. Food court is absolutely horrible. They take forever they burn your food. They have a horrible attitude. Workers are on their cell phones while working. I prefer Costco on so many levels. Positive attitudes and a urgency to hurry and satisfy their members. Sam club has none.

I was in charge of getting the cupcakes for my nephews birthday party at the last minute. Sam's Club was a huge help. I ordered them on 10/19/2022 to be ready by 10/20/2022. I went in an hour earlier, I called of course and I was informed that they were ready. They were ready and perfect. The cupcakes were only $15.99 for a 30 count. The cupcakes were very tasty and moist. Everyone loved the cupcakes.
