The app does not work at the gas pumps. I have tried to buy gas here twice and have faced the same issue where the wheel spins forever and never connects, ultimately causing me to leave and have to go get gas somewhere else after waiting in the long, slow line.
The employee working in the booth by the pumps told me this was a known issue. However, Sam’s appears to be so nothing about it to help customers and not waste their time.

Second time here and no workers. People sit at the front pump and just sit. I have to move to another lane. I have gotten out of my car and there are people sitting in the drivers seat on their phone.
Why?
Why does Sam’s Club allow people to leave their cars or sit and be on the phone?

Can’t beat the gas price. But I do think if they had people directing the traffic you would definitely spend a lot less time there. People tend to line up on the pumps closest to the entrances and leave the inside pumps somewhat empty. Which could easily be corrected.Inverting the direction of traffic would probably be even better. But they would lose some parking spots.

My favorite Sam's Club store. This store is very clean, organized and always fully stockedEmployees here are very helpful, friendly and professional. Prices are very affordable for name brand products and parking is plentiful in the large parking lot
