I have been using Gayleen for almost 20-years and she & her team are great to work with. At times my taxes were extremely complicated and Gayleen made them easy. I would highly recommend Gayleen and her staff.

We did our taxes last year with Richmond Services. We were patient with them because they seemed to be having some difficulties in the office and we felt for them. Over the course of the four weeks it took to get our taxes done, they told us they were short-staffed due to COVID and that they had a death in the family. We didn't realize until we received the email in the attached photo, which was sent CC'ing us by accident, that they were likely just waiting for us to give up and take our business elsewhere. We do not have a difficult tax situation in any way and we make decent income. Therefore, by "being choosier of their clients", they aren't referring to our actual case being complicated or not making enough profit from us, but likely something related to our marriage status, our professions, or something else personal. I would not recommend working with this business in case they decide you're not worth their time.

Shady people and willing to do whatever it takes to defraud your taxes. After going with another tax preparer, they called me repeatedly and threatened me (by using the IRS) saying if I don’t file with them I will be audited and that I MUST file with them etc...Save your time and money. If you want to get audited and have fraudulent tax filings, have the old lady and the new daughter in law assist you when you walk in.

I love Richmond & Associates. Before finding them we use to do our taxes with H&R Block, when my husband found mistakes H&R Block's made on our taxes we found Richmond & Associates, Gayleen found all kinds of deductions for us. For the first time since doing our taxes we actually got a refund. Since then we come back and tell everyone we can about them.

Me and my husband were looking for a tax place near La Verne and came across this place. We were hesitant since it's new to us and had a bad experience in the past with other places. We are so glad we came, our tax person (Gloria) took her time and explained how we can make changes for next year and was super professional. We will definitely being coming back next year!!

Gayleen and her associates are just amazing. We have been coming to her for 10 years and the level of expertise and services have been above and beyond. We recommend everyone to give her team a chance. Services such as notary public, bookkeeping, living trust, corporation, divorce and many others. The coffee and snacks they provide are just a bonus.
