We decided to go with Walter after a bad experience with our current loan agent at the time. Walter has made the process easy not only for us but also with our realtor. Walter was readily available any time of the day if we had any questions and when we had matters to attend to, he explained everything to us so that we understand exactly what is going on and what step we are on in the buying experience. Where do I begin? My husband and I started this home buying journey over 2 years ago w/another lender. We were moving forward and got the wind knocked out of us. Needless to say, it was devastating. We were later referred to Walter by our realtor, Sonia Pleasant. His name and reputation preceded him and it was nothing but a good report. When we met Walter, we could tell that he had his clients best interest at heart and we were not wrong. From beginning to end, from start to closing of our new home, (Yesss, the recent closing of our new home, the ink isn’t dry on the paper yet), Walter walked right beside us, every single step of the way.
