Worst laboratory experience ever. No patient interactions/customer service. Kiosk is placed in front of reception window. Rude. If you don't have an appointment plan to spend the entire day fasting as a diabetic with Special Needs even if there is no one in the waiting area and you are #1 on the list. When they call appointment names it's like VIP if not you are screwed because they either lie or blow you off. It's horrible patient care and should be illegal to treat clients with disabilities this way. Shame on you. We had to leave because my client felt faint and had been fasting. Nobody cared of the whole staff. Should she have a diabetic coma attack on the floor would that have been satisfactory? I'm devastated by the way things are handled. Should be reported for negligence.

Techs are well trained and are very patient with customers. Always a great experience when I blood drawn .

The location i went to had their windows bolted with wood panels. So not very friendly or welcoming. If you knock on the door like I did i got yelled at. So my experience wasn't good.

I would give 0 score them. Waited more than 2 hrs. They calling no show people multiple times and take next appointment. Staff ignored us multiple upon asking.

2hr wait! The system in place here I a freaking joke!. I put my name on a walk-in list. I was the only person on the list. 2 is later. I'm number 3... What is going on?! The place is horribly run. NEVER AGAIN!!

I made an appointment to get blood drawn and the building was still closed with 3 of us waiting outside. No one showed up so I left. Definitely listen to all of the reviews left here

Did my glucose test in here. The person that helped me was nice. Came here the second time to get blood draw and the lady was nice but very heavy handed. This is the most painful blood draw I've ever experienced. I'm still bruised and it's been a week.

It's unfortunate that a company like quest would hire an employee like the one that is working at this location this morning. I have been to other locations for years, I know their systems, and they work diligently to get their patients in and out in a timely manner, with or without an appointment. At this location there is only one phlebotomist this morning and as she called the next patient I asked how long it would be for a walk-in and people were leaving after waiting for 2 hours, unseen. And no wonder. After each patient would leave, it took between 20-30 minutes before she would call the next patient to come back there were only 3 people in the waiting room. After an hour plus of waiting, I gave her what she wanted, one less patient to deal with. I left and went to the vons location in upland where I was seen within 10 minutes.Don't bother. The extra drive is worth it.
