“Very convenient location, good customer service, and plenty of free parking. If you need to run several errands, you can accomplish several at one location. My doctor sent my prescription electronically to this pharmacy (formerly named Via Verde Pharmacy). I realize nearly every pharmacy offers this type of service, but when you arrive you might wait 20 minutes to pick up. But, NOT at Mercy Pharmacy! I called in a refill, within the hour, I received a text message letting me know it was ready. I didn't even know my prescription number when I placed the order, I simply gave my name and phone number. You can also "walk-in" or make an appointment for the flu shot or Covid vaccine. I got mine here and waited less than 10 minutes to be seen. This is also a Hallmark store where you can purchase gifts and choose special occasion cards from the ample collection all supply. There is a mini-postal sub-station here. You can buy stamps and mail letters/packages too. This proved to be a real time saver and the prices are very reasonable.”

“Costco in San Dimas has an indoor food court that I don't see that often in California locations. They have quite a large parking lot as well with other stores surrounding it. I know it's weird but sometimes I like changing up my Costco runs and venturing to other cities just to check them out. I like this one because there is a Yorgutland and also a Habit Burger in the same plaza. They have options for food so if you get hungry afterwards you can stop by at one of the food spots. During different seasons they also carry a lot of interesting products. Such as right now there is a ton of outdoor gear like if you go camping.”

“The store is clean and well stocked. But, I specifically went to this store, because I understood it had a bakery. Well, I went around the store and didn't see any bakery throughout the store. I asked an employee and she said in was in the left front corner of the store. So, I went there and only saw a deli. No cakes or pies - just a small display with some Angel Food cake. Whah-whahhh! I guess this store caters to the "healthy eaters"? Also, everything seems more expensive here and they didn't have any bags, when I went through self-checkout. So, I had to carry my stuff in a hand-basket and then return it to the store. I live in Kentucky and we don't have all these hassles. So, minus one star for no bags and no dedicated bakery.”

“Despite moving two cities away where I now have 2 CVSs closer to us, I still insist all of our prescriptions go here because the staff is made up of caring, professional, funny people that *know* our family's medical and medication history better than I do. That kind of history you can't buy. They've seen all of our kids grow up, been with us as we struggle through many medical dramas, and helped us negotiate difficult drug combinations that might have bad interactions. These are people I trust with my kid's lives every day.”

“I use this pharmacy's drive through option once a month. This last month I was helped by Natalie and she was SO NICE and helpful! I hope the management at CVS reads these reviews because this girl deserves some recognition! I wish all of the employees were as friendly and kind as her.”

“The merchandise is more expensive than Target or Walmart. I had a good experience at the pharmacy. The staff was helpful and friendly. It wasn’t very overwhelming crowded on the weekends. So, I liked shopping there.”

“Store manager Richard and Jerome have such great customer service. I had an issue originally but they handled it so professionally, it should honestly be an example of how everyone amongst any profession handles a situation. I would 10/10 recommend this Walgreens, even though I’m not an avid Walgreens shopper. I might just become one just because of the great customer service. Thank you”

“Had to take my elderly mother she was looking for an eyelash curler and eyebrow tweezers. She found some at Walmart but the quality was bad. There was a young gentleman putting up labels I believe it was josh but he's the inventory specialist. So when we asked if he might know where these items were he actually took us over to the items and area. Then my mother asked him about clear nail polish found that as well. Last but least cleaning pads for her face. I want to thank this young man for going beyond his duties at Walgreens. But the way the big box stores have changed the way they assist customers which is actually null. It's nice to know the smaller chains are doing better I will definitely be getting Walgreens more of my money than Walmart in the near future. Thank you young man for your perfect customer service.”

“I have had nothing but wonderful treatment from Inness and the staff at Costco Pharmacy! Inness has gone out of her way MANY times to help me. I feel like she cares about me every time I go in there. From the 1st day I went in and every time after I know that Inness has my best interest at heart. I could go to pharmacies closer to my home, but I know I would not get the care and compassion I get from Inness and her staff.”
