While not huge, they are one of the few plumbing fixture stores that have a good selection of fixtures, appliances, etc, much more than in a Best Buy store! They also have helpful staff who can assist with selection, answer questions and provide excellent service for the inevitable small parts that are needed for the installation. I bought everything for one bath remodel and am planning to return for another.

They do not stand behind their product. I purchased all new Thermador appliances in August 2023.Fidge has a leaky water dispenser. Reported within the 15 days of delivery. It's December and still no repair or replacement. Oven has not worked consistently since day 1! The oven was supposed to be delivered in December but with great news it was delivered in August. Unfortunately because I didn't not intend to have the oven that fast I didn't not have an installer to install the oven until the 20th day after delivery. Reported the non working oven right away. Because it was past the 15 days on delivery all transaction has to go through Thermador. Needless to say I have a very heavy paper weight of an oven in my kitchen. Went through the Holidays with no over. Very disappointed. Stove it great! I wish the stainless was a little scratches resistant but the stove is nice. (Chose all Thermador products around the stove)Dishwasher is just okay. My old whirlpool worked 10xs better. Once cycle is done you have to crack open the dishwasher for dishes to air dry. Stove vent has blinking lights. No one is able to assist or explain why.

I'm kind of dumb when it comes to appliances and I'm sure my questions were dumb but the manager Valerie was supppppper helpful and this sales associate danielle made my shopping super easy. I needed a new wash and dryer and ended up leaving with that and a fridge lol since I didn't know much they showed me their entire selection of appliances. They were really great people and made my shopping experience really fun . The whole thing was about 40mins and I feel valued and helped . Awesome team

This store has such a good selection of appliances and the staff is super helpful! Valerie the supervisor was super friendly and was able to answer all questions we had. Danielle showed us around and gave some recommendations on what kind of stoves may fit within our budget. Overall a great experience and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Was recommended this place by my neighbors and I'm so glad I went in. I went in looking for a new fridge and stove and ended up purchasing same day with same week delivery ( delivery guys were amazing and took out my old fridge and stove) . Customer service is top notch here, Danielle and the supervisor Valerie were able to find the best options for my kitchen, answered all my questions and went over the warranty for both appliances with me. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family

I wanted to give a shout out to Mario Contreras at Pacific Sales in San Dimas, CA. We had a bad experience with Lowe's and came to Pacific Sales for our refrigerator after that. Mario was so helpful and very knowledgeable. He showed us our different options and did so without pressuring us to buy. He was happy to look up information for us and very patient as I took my time looking over all the refrigerators. Pacific sales had a great selection and the prices the same as the big box stores but the personal service so much better. The delivery went super smoothly and all was as they said it would be. Thank you Mario and Pacific Sales!

We went in thinking that we'd be shopping and the prices here would be too high. Have to say, we were pleasantly mistaken (btw, you CAN find some high end appliances here that will make you faint!). What made the shopping effort better was working directly with a knowledgeable and helpful sales person. In our case, we were hand-held throughout the entire process by Joe Antonio. Gotta say, we didn't feel pressured - he asked for our measurements and preferences, then showed us what would work. He even saved us a few $$ by guiding us through our decision-making. Without Joe, we'd probably still be walking the store and wandering over at Lowe's and/or Home Depot! We walked away as excited as one could be about an appliance because of Joe!

I spend 18,000.00 on this store , Marlene our sales rep was such of help and right to the point. Our appliances are beautiful and work great! Now the hood is been in back order since may of last year. Is now January and I was exited the hood finally arrived, just to find out it was damage. Ok not the store fault, but the installation people charge me for the lost day. I was trying to see if Pacific sakes can give me a little discount on the hood cover that I need it to purchase, just to get a response from the manager Gabriel very rudely telling me that is not their fault I payed that company and trying to make me feel guilty about asking for some kind of help after they delivered a dented 3,000.00 hood... The list he could have done is sympathize with us and tell me in a good manner that they couldn't help me out. Instead he proceeded to Shame me on why I pay this people if they didn't complete the job. I know is not he's fault but a bit or customer service kindness goes a long way. I must say they are providing me with my hood which I waited almost 9 months. After you spend the kind of money we spend at this store you'll think they be at list more understanding of the situation. I felt like he was doing me a favor in getting the item I purchase long time ago. They surely lost a great customer.
